impeccable customer service!

The pack of batteries was deliveried precisely in time, but one of the batteries doesn’t work at all! I puggled it and left for 90 minutes like it says in the instructions, but te pattern light keeps blinking red. I left for three extra minutes and it didn’t charge, it keeps blinking! I was very upset, but I contacted the customer customer service and they were so accommodating. In fact they were impeccable and Right away they offered me to send a new battery, which now works perfectly. I’m very pleased with the service of the company and with my product. Had issues, but solved with good service and speed. Great customer service.

Had issues with batteries staying charged. I spoke with customer service, they immediately sent two new batteries. The first set weren’t completely useless, but didn’t stay charged properly. If I use them within a day of charging, they work great. So far, the second set seem to work good (only had them for a day) These batteries do give me about five more minutes flight time than the originals.

Alot better over stock Parott battery

Don’t waste your money - buy OEM battery

On of the two batteries has already failed. I should have bought the OEM battery. Less than 5 charges, and the battery will no longer charge.

I have ordered new batteries before, directly from Parrot, and both times, one of the batteries would not charge and I would have to try and trick the charger by putting in the working battery first then swapping out the bad battery to try and get it to charge or I would get the dreaded blinking red light.Both of these batteries charged perfectly to 100% right out of the box. They seem to fit the charger and the drone better than the original batteries, actually clicking into the charger.So I am a very happy flyer.

Great batteries for a Parrot Bebop. I went from around 9-10 minutes with the stock batteries to 13-14 minutes. That is a huge improvement. Batteries have a snug fit, more so then the factory ones. At first i was concerned but i actually really enjoy the way these lock into the Bebop. Now i actually think the factory ones are too loose. Plan to buy another set, but will hold out to see if the price goes back down. The current price is less appealing to me, though inline with competitors.

Batteries dead after 5 months.

After less than 5 months of use and 10 recharges both batteries will not charge. Don’t waste your money on these.

Great aftermarket replacement

Bought these when one of my original Parrot batteries died. Adds an average of 2-3 minutes of flight time compared to my OEM battery.

Terrible! These are supposed to have a longer battery life than oem batteries one lasted about 7 minutes the other lasted 4 and a half minutes and caused me to lose my drone in a…
