Don’t use with a dropcase
The cable seemed to work fine, but the small end is hard to bend, and this was to be used with a dropcase so I could mount the camera outside. I believe I broke the cable trying to get it to bend to fit in the dropcase. Not a fault of the cable really, but the cable that comes with the dropcam was easier to bend and is working fine in the dropcase.
Good cable to provide remote power to security camera
I used this cable to connect a Yi Home security camera placed on my front porch to a power outlet inside the house. It works great to supply power but not data as that as the camera connects to my wifi) and was inexpensive.
