As long as you don’t exepct the moon you can’t go wrong for the price.

I’ve read allot of reviews on this item that have really rated it low. I guess that some people are expecting miracles for $1.99. For me, it works fantastic. I live out in the country and use straighttalk as my provider. Even using that I still live on the very edge of cellular activity. I get about 1.5 to 2 bars in my house. My problem is that I can be in the house and my signal will drop out several times while talking. I have to run out to the back porch to maintain a call. Since I have put one of these in my Samsung Grand Prime I still have the same 1.5 to 2 bars, but now I can talk in any room in the house without a dropped call. That makes it perfect for me and worth 5 stars. I just put one in my grandsons phone and he notices a difference as well. I guess it’s what you expect for the price. For me, I couldn’t be happier.

No one was more sceptial than me that these would actually work. I have worked with VHF/UHF antennas for years. When I changed phone carriers I found that my phone only had one bar at my home office. It would switch between no signal and one bar. It would constantly drop calls if I even had service. I thought what the heck for $2 it is worth a try. Before I installed the antenna boster I checked my phone connection 0 signal.I quickly installed the circuit and turned the phone on,1 bar. It has been in the phone two weeks now and I go between 1 bar and 2 bars. A small improvement but enough to make my phone useable. it works for me.

Did little or nothing for my cell reception on any of my cell phones

Not working, I used to think it was working …

Not working, I used to think it was working until …… I found out how to show the actual signal strength in -db numbers instead of dots.When showing in dots, I was kind of believing with the stickers, I am getting a ‘strong’ 2 dots signal instead of those ‘poor’ 2 dots signals I was having.When I can see the signal strength measured in -db(what I got is -118db when one dot and -84db when 5 dots signal), with or without these stickers, I found there’s no number change in -db, which means the same signal strength. I even tried with one sticker, two stickers and 3 stickers aligned in many different patterns… still no difference in -db reading.I really regret buying this coz I majored in EE and I should have known this won’t work because of the mechanism. I am ashamed. And I also feel lucky this is inexpensive as a game or an experiment.

Didn’t work for me

I remember seeing these on tv a while back. And in my opinion they don’t work which is a shame. I was hoping they would so I wouldent have to switch service providers. But hey it was worth a shot.

The price was right, however, like others have said “does not boost the signal”. Perhaps it’s because of the type of phone or the lack of a good signal where I live.

Be careful of RF coils already on your battery for NFC!

This product does not really do what is says. I suppose there may be some slight improvement if one measure in a lab. But I felt it was more of a risk to use than not to use. When I connected it to my S7, the case would significantly heat up. Because of the RF coil attached to the Samsung batteries, I would recommend not using these antennas on the Samsung new phones with wireless charging as it might cause the phone to overheat.

I am not really sure if its working as good as what they say on the commercial..my wife took hers out of her phone. I added LTE discovery app. Wish i could afford a antenna booster.
