Very pleased with my 3DR Solo battery
I voltage tested this battery before 1st flight. It read 15.4 volts. After charging it 16.27V. 1st flight I got 16 min with Gimbal on Solo. I noticed the back of the battery has Chinese written instead of English written, and the box looks different also, it still has Solo description on it not like my other solo batteries I owned. My second flight with the second charge should be more flight time after draining the battery for the 1st time. I like the power button verse my other solo batteries it has a better switch feeling to it. I truly am very pleased with this new battery I purchased from this seller. Price is great and looking to purchase more.
Excellent OEM Battery, Works Perfectly!
This is a 3DR OEM Battery. The battery received has the black casing with the 3DR logo. As this is an OEM Battery flight time and charge rate is the same as original. Charged and flown this is an excellent additional battery or to replace one that has aged. The batteries onboard electronics keep it safe while being charged, allowing for ease of integration to use with your OEM 3DR Solo aircraft and OEM charger.I personnel made this purchase to simply have more than one battery and increase time in flight through out the day. Can’t Have Too Many Batteries
It can take hours to travel to a place for a shoot. Then I’ll set up a smart shot which takes at least one battery. Then take the shot using another battery. If you are trying to capture actors, and not just a lovely landscape, you’re not going to get the shot on the first attempt. I just ordered my 4th battery which stores nicely in the Solo Backpack. It’s the best way to assure that you have sufficient power to get the shot you need.

These smart batteries are great. They have all kinds of nifty features. The only bad - sometimes you get one that just doesn’t last as long.
