Really great refurbished monitor from a reputable company.
I wanted a second monitor primarily for keeping my chat clients open while gaming on the other screen, and this served its purpose very well. After updating my graphic card drivers, the native resolution of the monitor was adjusted to 1366 x 768.The monitor appears to work like brand-new for a refurbished product, and there is no noticeable decrease in quality from the monitor I use for gaming. I cannot say much for things like display lag, but for regular, everyday computing, there shouldn’t be any problems.The monitor also comes with a VGA cord and stand. The stand is not height or angle adjustable (it “snaps” into place), but it’s VESA mount compatible.Overall, I really recommend this for people looking for a monitor without the need for any fancy adjustments or low display lag. I had and have high expectations for Acer and I trust that this monitor will keep working for me in the long run.

Great reliable monitor
I bought this monitor for school in order to have a duel screen with my macbook. This is a great and reliable monitor and it is very easy to adjust the picture size and quality. The previous reviews regarding the adjustability of the stand is over exaggerated. You can just hold the top of the monitor with one hand and the bottom with the other other hand to tilt it down. It’s not too difficult to handle the monitor. The size is perfect as well as I use it to watch movies and tv shows in my room. I don’t have a tv in my room and it’s a good inexpensive replacement for a new tv. The only negative comment I have is that whenever I unplug the chord between my macbook and the monitor to disable the duel screen capability, the colors are off. All the colors seem to go towards a gray color. I have to restart my computer to go back to the original colors. This is why I only give it 4 stars. Besides that, the color (when working properly) is great, size isn’t too big and is great on a desk. This is a great buy.
Great Monitor, buy it!
This monitor is great! Using an ACER 2223 for the last 12 years, I knew the reliability was there. No blu light helps a lot and my eye seems to be less tired. The screen color is beautiful but natural. I have the brightness set so low it is incredible, if you need a very bright monitor it is there. Really like it.

Great buy
I decided to purchase these monitors for use in our offices. They seemed like too good of a bargain. There were a few bad reviews on Amazon but I took the risk anyway. I have since purchased several of these for our office computers. The resolution is very good and they have a nice apperance. One review stated that you could not adjust the monitor which is not true. The entire monitor pivots front to back in the base. It’s not the king of the monitor world but if your looking for a decent buy at a great price it’s the one to get.
Terrible
Terrible, like the other reviewer, I found that the picture quality was very poor. Fuzzy and black isn’t even close.Tried with VGA and DVI with little difference (DVI-D was slightly better).Downloaded their monitor specific driver and installed on Windows 10 (rather than using the generic PNP) and no change. I would return, but had tossed the box.
Great little monitor for the price
We were in an emergency situation after an older monitor died suddenly, and since that never happens at the best time financially speaking we were looking for the best monitor we could afford at the time. It’s not the the largest or fanciest monitor on the shelf but it does the job and the price was right. Can’t ask for more than that.The anti-glare screen is a plus, and we didn’t have any problems with the back and forth tilt adjustment as reported in another review I read, as it moved easily. I guess the real test of the value will be in how long it lasts, but as long as it has a reasonable life to it I would buy another one.Update 3 Feb 2014: Still going strong with no problems whatsoever.
