This is an unusual disappoint from amazon’s exceptional service

Amazon advertised a special that one got a $10 gift card with the purchase of a gift card of $50 or greater value. After ordering the $50 gift card no $10 gift card was delivered or any explanation or mention of it was made. It has been impossible to find a link to contact amazon to discuss this problem. So while I got exactly the $50 gift card that I ordered I did not get the bonus $10 gift card that was advertised. This is an unusual disappoint from amazon’s exceptional service.
