Great Product For The Price When Your Expectations Are REASONABLE!

OK. I was a little nervous about having ordered it because I was looking at the negative reviews actually AFTER it was on it’s way. I don’t know what people we’re expecting from this thing…..cinema quality, bass thumping, chest pounding sound? It is NOT designed for this type of performance.You will be pleased about the soundbar if your expectations are reasonable. I bought this for my 40” Samsung in our master bedroom. The speakers IN the TV are so small and very treblesome with no bass. When you turn up the bass on the tv settings it would rattle the TV’s housing and sound horrible. I connected it with the toslink fiber optic cable and everything fired up great. The sound you get in the mids and highs is very crisp, but not so much so that it hurts your ears. Great for understanding spoken word on shows and movies. That being said, the DSP setting sounds best and most balanced on MOVIE. The bass is by no means booming, but it’s present and again, very balanced with the mids and highs. It produces full range and actually gets very loud without distorting.Bottom Line: The sound is CRISP and BALANCED, and most importantly…..MUCH BETTER THAN MY TV’s SPEAKERS. Multiple inputs and bluetooth connectivity are a bonus.The only thing that I didn’t like was that the sticker on the top by the buttons left a sticky residue when I removed it, so I’ll have to clean it off.

10 minutes from box to awesome sound!

This literally took 10 minutes to remove from the box and set up! I’m already so impressed with the quality of sound and the way it fills the room. No more cranking the volume up to 70’s and 80’s trying to hear low conversations in movies then frantically turning it down when action scenes come on! Easily syncs with iPhone via Bluetooth for pretty decent sounding music, too. I’m only sorry I didn’t buy this sooner.

Works great. Very easy to install

Works great. Very easy to install. I used the optical cable to hook it to my TV which was just the one cable, easy to hide and long enough. I didn’t mount it but rested it on the table. Great sound. Would buy again.Cons: the plug for the power cord is one of those humongous plugs that fit nowhere so I had to reconfigure my plug arrangement on my power strip. So a different style plug would be nice but it’s still a great unit.

Basic but still awesome!

This this is certainly basic but fills the need. I picked this up for a home office attached to an older 1080p 42” TV. The sound quality is much better than the built in TV speakers and having the bluetooth is a huge bonus for me. I can just turn on the sound bar and stream music from my Fire tablet. It’s no $400 system but if you just want something a little better than what’s on your TV currently this fills the need pretty well.

Sounds Good To Me

I’m very impressed with the overall build and sound quality coming from a soundbar at this price point. Set up connecting is a snap right out of the box I appreciate that a optic cable is included as well as the wall mount, mounting to a wall is a breeze and using the optic is defiantly the way to go for best sound quality. I believe this soundbar is an all around good budget friendly alternative to other big name soundbars.

Super happy with my Amazon Sound Bar. I installed this in my barn/work shop so I could have real sound versus listening to the tiny speaker on my cell phone. Easy to install, Amazon even includes a paper template that you tack to wall, and there are four prepunched holes in the paper, you simply color in the holes, take down the template, drill pilot holes for your fasteners, then mount the two brackets with 2 screws each. You then screw the mounting bolts into the back of the sound bar, and the screws fit right into the brackets you just installed. Install the 2 AAA batteries (provided with sound bar) into the remote control, attach the power cord to the wall outlet and the back of the sound bar, and you are ready to jam. My cell phone quickly linked up with the sound bar.See the attached photos for picture of the nifty bracket template, and Sound Bar installed!

Good Soundbar - Good Price

For the price I am happy with the purchase. I bought this model to replace a powerful 2.1 system that was taking up too much space. The 3 modes come in handy but really have only used the standard and movie modes. I like that it has the bluetooth feature. It may not be the highest quality sound but the unit itself is built well and a vast improvement over the TV speakers.

Don’t get this!

This speaker worked well…until it didn’t.It’s hooked up optically to my tv - and randomly changes volume (loud, soft, everything in between) constantly. It worked for the first 3 months and now doesn’t. I didn’t get the warranty but wish I had. The speaker is only 5 months old and its unusable and unreturnable!

Fantastic Product!

I love the quality of the soundbar system, and it has worked well with my 75 inch Sony TV. I would not hesitate to buy this again. Great stuff.. Don’t mess with other brands.

Great -especially for the price

Not the greatest for music but does the job perfect for everything else. I’m hearing impaired and my tv couldn’t go loud enough.

Significantly below my expectations

I was disappointed at the shallow sound produced by this product - far inferior to a couple of amplified speaks I have been using.

Okay for the price but cannot be programmed to universal/cable remote

The sound isn’t that much better than my TV and you will have to keep track of an additional remote as it cannot be programmed to your universal/cable remote.
