I’ve purchased several Amazon Basics cords, organizers, bags and cases and have been pleased with all of them. I use this cord to plug my phone into a small desktop guitar amplifier/speaker system (Yamaha THR 10), and it has a nice solid feel and doesn’t crackle or pop like some other inexpensive cords I’ve used. Whenever I need a cord or accessory now, I search “Amazon Basics” first to see if an option is offered for what I”m looking for. Great quality and very affordable pricing.

Works as well as higher priced aux cables

Works just fine just like your higher priced aux cables. It looks good, the plugs are solid and it’s been working well after 6 months of plug in & pull out every other week.Only giving it 4 stars because the cable is kinda thin. It’s not as thin as a cheap pair of ear bud headphones but thinner compared to other aux cables and I am concerned it might not hang in there with my energetic lifestyle. Handle it w/ TLC and you should do fine.I still recommend it.

I was looking for a low profile connector to fit …

I was looking for a low profile connector to fit a recessed jack, and the AmazonBasics adapter worked perfectly with my phone!I don’t understand prior, negative feedback pertaining-to a “buzz” or humming sound, as I’ve not experienced that. Typically, a common source of abnormal audio noise is an unbalanced “noise floor.“ This often occurs when the volume of your output device is too low in comparison to the input device. As for myself (primary using the cable to transmit music from my phone to my car audio system), I typically turn-up the volume of my phone to maximum, then control sound levels, etc. through my stereo.

Well worth it.

This is great for plugging my phone into my car’s aux port. My car is from 2011 so the Bluetooth doesn’t let me direct music to my car, just phone calls from my Google Pixel. I wanted to be able to listen to my tunes, so this gets the job done, and the sound quality is great. Also because the cord is short, I can just tuck it away in the armrest between the seats. Very unobtrusive.

and it is in great shape still

I’ve gone through several audio cords for the aux port in my car, and they have all fallen apart. I have been using this cord for the last 6 months, and it is in great shape still, and outlasted every other cord I’ve used.

Get the job done

I broke the cord in a pair of headphones & needed a low cost replacement. This works just fine for connecting those headphones to my laptop. No issues with sound quality, etc. Don’t have in-line mic/volume controls, because they are basic like the brand suggests. Didn’t use those functions on the old cable & do not miss them. Would buy again when needed.

Amazon Basics to the rescue

Amazon basics to the rescue. I recently purchased an American Girl Doll Julie Egg chair that did not have the audio cable. I appreciate that I was able to log onto my amazon account and buy a “basic” cable that my daughter can use to make her toy a large speaker. Great length options and exactly what I needed to make me the mom hero.

Pretty good AUX cord

This has been my main AUX cord in my car for quite some time. The price for the length is outstanding. I have experienced nothing but excellent audio quality from this cord. The length makes sharing the cord much easier for everyone in the car. The only minor issue that I have is the gray part where the AmazonBasics logo is has come loose on one end. If I try to unplug it from that end, it completely comes loose and slides down the cord. This is only a cosmetic issue and doesn’t bother me too much.
