Cutting Cable

“So, I have held off buying a Digital antenna because I don’t watch much TV and I can stream a lot from my iPad or iPhone. I recently decided to make the break and get rid of cable… Definitely a good move. I bought this antenna to get local TV stations. Absolutely love it and even though I don’t watch a lot of TV it is nice to be able to turn on the local stations!!Why I like this product:- very easy set up took me five minutes- I was able to tap into 34 local channels based on where I put it. I did hang it on the wall behind my TV- works every time I haven’t had an issue- it is a rather large piece so I was glad to be able to hide it behind my TV and still have it work but you could probably lay it flat and a TV as well”

Easy to install and works extremely well

Upon receipt today, I immediately attached the antenna to a TV with a digital tuner and scanned for local channels. The scan identified 14 channels including CBS, ABC, NBC, Fox, and PBS. The only channel that seems sensitive to the position of the antenna is NBC. The TV is in the kitchen so I placed the antenna in the top of a cabinet directly above the TV. The cabinet is mounted on the exterior (outer) wall of the house. This is a real money saver as the HDTV antenna eliminates the need for a cable box in the kitchen. I plan to order couple more form other TVs where we only desire to view CBS, ABC, NBC and FOX.

Since analog tv went out I have been relying solely on cable for my tv,every time the cable went out we lost all channels. That’s why I want to think about some digital antennas, and we also have tried several antennas and we returned after testing. End up we kept this one, due to this one is really thin and light weight, it was easy to install and setup, and easily picked up our local area channel with clear and always available. We are going to order another one for the back bedroom.

Cut the cord!!!

I am very satisfied with this product, this antenna arrived on time without any damage to the package or missing some parts. I was just testing to see if this would actually work in my area and when I connect it to my TV, I am able to receive at least 30 local channels. With this and utilizing my internet to get NETFLEX on my tv, by connecting my Kindle Fire, who needs to pay over 100 dollars for cable? If you can’t afford cable TV, then this is an inexpensive way to go.

Best antenna for your buck.

I tried everything. My TV was doomed down in my basement… doomed to receive 14 channels… 8 of which didn’t work. I figured I would try this because it looked easy enough to stretch and hang the antenna up the stairs. Wow, what a difference. Now I get 40

Great for its price

First impression: works great. I’ve been using very inexpensive rabbit ears to receive pretty good HD reception for two weeks.However, perhaps due to the low lying area where I live, the signal would cut out during storms and when flights went over. Not with this. I installed it in during rain and the reception is fantastic and it gets more channels.

Nice and simple

It picked up more channels in a basement apartment than I was hoping when I bought it.Rabbit-ear antennas can’t work in my area,the nearest broadcasts are approximately 50 - 60 mil…

Didn’t work for me.

I hit on two problems with this antenna. First, the connector separated into pieces while I hand-tightened it onto my tv jack.

Only got 2 channels, but they had good reception.
