Works just as good as my go pro battery
There is a slight size difference between a go pro battery and these but nothing to worry about they perform just as good. Just got back from an elk hunting trip and they performed no different. Good job anker

Great Hero3+ Backup!
Gopro battery is only 1180 which is 70mAh more than this one. The price difference is phenomenal almost $10 difference between the two. Battery works fine. Charged up to full and holds its charge just like that of the OEM. Size is that of OEM fits in the GoPro (Hero3+ Black) and has no issues with width height or depth. If you were someone who wanted multiple batteries or just a backup battery I don’t think you could beat the price of this product going with OEM. SmaTree and other rival companies put out batteries for roughly the same price with higher mAh but their chargers won’t fit OEM products.Overall I would recommend this product as I’ve had excellent experiences with Anker products and their customer service.

Another good Anker product
My GoPro might be busted, but battery life was ok. I like Anker products and they typically do not let me down. For the price, can’t go wrong. I’d recommend. Reduced 1 star because when I went to purchase, it had a pic of 2 batteries and while in a rush to order didn’t read description. Wasn’t happy to only see one battery when I got it. Seemed a bit misleading. Good battery nonetheless
Great for my knockoff GoPro
I have a cheap action cam that is similar to the GoPro Hero3. I have a couple batteries that claim to be 1600mAh but this 1100mAh Anker lasts the same as those which was a very nice surprise. So far like I said battery life is the same as what came with my camera and the additional ones I purchased. No issues with charging in any of my docks. Have been using it in my rotation for almost a year now and have not noticed any difference is usable time or charging time. Not much else to say about a battery other than the cosmetics look better than the other ones I have.

I have various Anker products that have been working flawlessly for years. This battery however did not work for me! It only holds a 10 to 15 minute charge on gopro hero 3. Very disappointed. Same problem occurs when charged inside camera and also on an outside / separate charger.Edit: After comtacting suppoty they told me that this battery is not compatible with my go pro 3 model. They issued a full refund which i am grateful for. This still didnt alliviete my issue of needing a battery. This battery on this listing absolutely should be compatible with my go pro hero 3 camera. On a full charge it lasts 10 mins tops.
