Connectivity includes AirPort Extreme (802.11a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 2.1 EDR, Gigabit Ethernet, a Firewire “800” port, two USB 2.0 ports, audio in/out, an SDXC card slot, and a new “Thunderbolt” port that is backwards compatible with Mini DisplayPort and, likewise, supports an external display at 2560x1600 and passes an audio signal. Would do it again - Great ReFurb

The refurbished product was very well prepped. Everything was in great shape, and worked perfectly when we turned it on. Definitely a great value for anyone who doesn’t need “brand new” attached to their purchase.

Great condition, good price, and powerful specs!

The computer came in only a few days. It works perfectly. There are only a few minor cosmetic marks (mostly on the bottom). Overall, the condition is very good. I feel as if I bought a brand new computer. I have had the computer for a few weeks and no problems so far. I bought this from Double Dex MacBooks and would recommend this seller to others as well. I have always wanted to buy a MacBook Pro, but they were always very expensive and their specifications were limited in comparison to similar priced PCs. However, this refurbished machine was cheaper than a new MacBook (obviously) and also had more powerful specs (16Gb RAM, 1Tb SSHD, Intel Core i7 processor). The battery only had 30 cycles on it!! Overall, I am very pleased! I feel this computer will last me a long time!Update: I have had this computer for over a year now and no problems!

Good up grade from MacBook air.

This is an refurbished unit. Glad I upgraded from a MacBook air. This unit can handle running Parallel which the air was under powered.

I was very pleased with my purchase! I received it 3 days after purchasing it and it was ready to go. I was hesitant to buy a used computer, but I am very pleased with my choice. I will buy laptops from DoubleDex in the future!

My son is a student studying film editing and sound production. He needed lots of memory and an apple for the editing programs his school uses. This cost us about a third of what a new laptop would cost. He has been using it for several months without any issues. The item came quickly and well packaged. I would give this company 6 stars if I could and would love to work for them.

Sending it back doesn’t work

Terrible disappointment. Spent an hour trying to get beyond the “identifying ” the keyboard page. Stuck . No success. Sending it back

This computer runs even better than my off-the-shelf

This computer has had one little defect on the screen since the day it arrived, but the enhancements to the hard drive, processor, etc. made this a 5 star product. The price was also incredibly reasonable for what you’re getting. This computer runs even better than my off-the-shelf, newer version I have at the office.

I bought this as a refurbished unit and first the battery had issues then the graphics card was shot. I do not recommend buying refurbished computers.

Did Not Last One Year!

Pure junk. The logic board failed in less than one year and I paid a few hundred more for a new mac with a warranty. Wasted over a grand. Really bummed!!
