I have to say that I love the entire computer

I have to say that I love the entire computer, it boots up quick, its very quiet, and after having top of the line pc computers im stunned by the power of this macbook pro! This was shipped very fast and I couldnt wait to open the box, it looked brand new not a mark to be seen on it, ive noticed it waits for me more than i was used to waiting for the computer, I went big on my first mac purchase because I didnt want to be disappointed, or upset with a very used and older mac. I have not found a single thing to complain about as of yet, even the battery life is close to 9 hours and thats unheard of in any laptop, but I will love this mac for many years to come!

Overheating, dead battery, board shot within 90 days of purchse

I received this machine on May 4, 2017, it stopped working (overheating, dead battery, bad board) on August 1, 2017 and I requested a return and refund, within 90 days. The seller represented this product as newer (it is at least 5 years old) and charged me $1,099.00 for it. They say they have a 90 day return policy, but refuse to honor it. Here’s the response I got:“We are sorry to hearing that the item does not function as expected. We offered 90 days warranty for all items. However, since the warranty on this item has already been expired, we are unable to accept return/exchange any longer.”

The computer arrived in excellent condition with no scratch or damage. It works as a charm. I recently learned that Apple MacBook computers are no any better than regular computers running Microsofts. So disappointed that they too are vunerable to get virus and malware and still needs to have antivirus software for protections. I have bought the MacBook Air with a line across on the screen, and it got virus when I tried to download a few Apps from the AppStore. I had forgotten to run the timemachine backup. It took me over 16 hours and failed to download OS X to reinstall for the system. I had tried it couple times and eventually able to get the OS X downloaded and installed OK.
