Not worth the trouble

I’ve had this computer for less than 6 months and it frequently spools up to 100% CPU use even when not using very many programs (usually internet with maybe 5 tabs open, none streaming voice/video; 1-2 MS Office programs; and iTunes). No reason for it to spin up to 100% CPU for that–my old laptop, 4+ years old could handle more than that. Contacted Asus and their only solutions were to send it in for repair or install a driver they provided. However, when I started to install the driver it was older than whatever version was already on the laptop, so I didn’t install. Since this is my work laptop and I don’t have another computer available, sending it off for 3+ weeks for repair is not an option. Will probably look for a new laptop very soon.

All around - great computer, great

I did extensive research for a new laptop. My previous Asus (which I loved) finally perished. 2 in 1, updated processor, and ram were the most important factors when I began looking. This computer had the most recent Gen 7 i5 processor along with 12 gbs of ram with the ability to upgrade to 16. I have recently replaced the hard drive with an SSD which is always helpful.As for the seller, They were extremely responsive when I contacted them. They always responded within 2 hrs via email.All around - great computer, great seller

great build quality

Awsome computer, great build quality, and for these specs the cheapest you will find.The only thing I really don’t like aobut Asus laptops is the audio drivers, they use a weird version of Realtek that prompts you to select the reproduction device every time you plug the earphones, insted of just playing the music trough the earphones automatically like any other computer.

This right here is my baby…love it…the 15” is really big though…much bigger than I’m useto…maybe if go for a smaller size…nah…i think I like this as is, the size and the speed and seeing is really nice.
