Solid cableat at an amazingly low price

I always come back to these lightning cables. My IPhone 6 and 6s love these cables. They are durable and I have never had one separate at the terminal ends. These cables don’t get rejected like some of the other cheap none MFI certed cables on this site. Buy’em and you’ll stick with these forever too.

I had been waiting for someone to produce a a durable quality lightning cable that meets Apple specs. The cables provided by Apple all seem to fray and break too easily. This cable by Aukey is exactly what I was looking for and the price is excellent! Great performance and outstanding durability, delivered on time. Thank you, Aukey!

Lasted less than a week!! Update

Looked like it was durable but the end detached in less than a week of use. I will buy from the Apple Store in the future.Update: I was contacted by Aukey Customer Service and they said they would send me a new cable as a replacement. No need to return defective cable. I will try the new cable and if this was a one-off I will up date this review.

Nice looking, but wears out

Just purchased in December and have been using it last couple of months. However, my power went out tonight and I am having to charge my phone through my computer. Every so often, when I pick up my phone, the connection is lost and my phone drops from charging. I haven’t noticed the charge dropping when I am using my charging brick but, I don’t have power yet to test it!Update: as of early this morning (less than 24 hours from the original posting of this review) Aukey has contacted me to replace my cord. I’m extremely impressed with their customer service and their willingness to stand by their product.

Since posting my previous review Aukey reached out to me and insisted on sending a replacement for free. It showed up in a few days and the cable is great. No more fraying or tip separation. As I thought, the first one i received was just a one off.Old review:Cable works, but came with the plug kind of separating from the cable. It doesn’t affect functionality and is only a back up so I didn’t see the need to return it. We bought a second cable at the same time that did not have this problem and is great.I have other aukey products and will buy more regardless of this one oversight.

Product Issues, but excellent response

Thought this was a great product for first 6 months. However, over the last few weeks it has simply stopped working. And this morning I woke to find my phone not charged at all. I’ve read that non-apple accessories will not work reliably…i suppose i may have to accept this as reality.AUKEY, do the right thing….refund my money, or send me a product that will actually work!UPDATE: Aukey was quick to send me a new cord, standing behind their product admirably. Would have preferred that the first one not have an issues, but am really impressed that they acted so quickly to rectify the situation. Kudos.

A cheap and Apple MFI Certified charger!

I love that this cable is Apple MFI Certified so you don’t get them annoying popups and it doesn’t cost $40. The only thing I’m iffy on; I don’t know if it’s my laptop or this cord. But, it charges my iPad super slow when plugged into my laptop. But, other than that, the price, length and it being Apple MFI Certified makes it worth it to get!

Update:I was as immediately contacted after I write my initial review. The company offered a replacement as the cable has a warranty. Since I had already ordered another cable, they offered me a refund which happened very quickly. The customer service was prompt and great. Will definitely use them in the future. Keep up the great service!!I like the look and design , but have only been using cable for less than a month and it just stopped working! I was using to charge iPhone as I thought it might be the phone , but when I plugged it in my iPad, I got a notice that this cable is not certified and may not work reliably with the iPad. Best to stick with Apple products and don’t waste your money however tempted.
