Cheap, easy to use mount that is great for cycling on the beach!
Tested with my GoPro Hero 5 Black and it worked well with Image Stabilization on. The video footage was a little shaky on bumpy roads, but for paved bike paths, the footage wasn’t nauseating and it worked well. Without Image Stabilization however, the vibration from the handlebars and bumpiness from dirt paths made the footage unusable and I opted to use my gimbal instead.The mount was easy to install and the ball-rotating base made it simple to adjust angles on the fly. I rode tandem with my wife at the beach and we got some great ‘selfie’ footage along with some scenic shots of the ocean as we rode along the coast.I have only used it twice so far but will update again as I use it more. One thing to note - I have noticed other users complaining the neck of the rotating part of the mount broke off. If you don’t completely loosen the locking mechanism that tightens the mount before you adjust it, you are straining the ‘neck’ of the mount, shortening it’s lifespan. Despite traveling on a dirt path, riding several miles on a paved bikeway, and supporting the heavier GP5, I have not had any issues thus far.

This broke the first time using this on my bicycle after casual riding on the sidewalk. I purchased this for the 360 degree functionality, if only this POS mount didn’t break the first day…. After about 45 minutes of riding on the street and sidewalk, suddenly it fell off without even hitting a bump. The plastic is so cheaply made that the grooves that screw together simply flaked away in less than an hour. Thank God there was an honest person on the busy sidewalk and picked up my gopro HERO 5 Black ($400 Camera) and waited for me to turn around. This thing is junk and I would have been furious if this piece of junk cost me $400 and broke my camera when it fell down.SEE MY PICTURES FOR THE TERRIBLE QUALITY OF THIS JUNK MOUNT. AXPOWER YOU SHOULD BE BANNED ON AMAZON FROM SELLING THIS. I WILL BE SUBMITTING MY CLAIM TO AMAZON. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR A FAULTY PRODUCT.
Very sterdy!
Great for any bike! I use it for my Mini Bike which i live to ride and have fun. This was great to capture all my great rides and almost crash moments! This was very easy to install on bike and very sterdy and you can also move it to your position because ut have a rotating neck!
