A decent, basic drill/driver- but beware that it includes only one battery
This drill/driver provides adequate torque (300lb vs the typical 400-450lb of a comparable 18v/20v drill/driver), and it’s sufficient for the homeowner who plans to use it quite sparingly. Despite B&D being not considered seriously among contractors, they actually build decent stuff- after all, they’re the parent company of DeWalt. It’s a decent value, but there’s one glaring problem: It only includes ONE battery, which means your projects are forced to a screeching halt while you wait out the recharge period (unless you happen to have multiple drills, like me). This can be extremely frustrating.This drill would be a good choice if you already own compatible BD batteries for other devices. If not, you may want to consider buying something with two batteries for just a few bucks more, like the Dewalt 18v driver for $99 or so.READ MORE
Great product, love the bit selection it comes with.
Love this drill. It does everything I need it to do. I have installed a TV wall mount into 2x4s with it, it is very powerful. And I have not had to purchase any additional drill bits to do any project so far, the ones it came with are sufficient for all my general household needs. I’m no general contractor or anything, but I have been able to do all my repairs with this drill. It’s great. Also holds a charge for a very long time.READ MORE

It fits my needs perfectly. I am not a master craftsman, nor do I do heavy duty things. However, I used this for my most recent project, a custom home-made shelving unit, and this worked perfectly. It was able to drill holes through the thick wood with ease and screw the screws in very tight. No need to worry about over-drilling your screws with it as it does not seem strong enough to over-drill your screw head down into your wood.READ MORE
OK drill, bits in accessory kit bite
The drill is…serviceable. Pretty slow and not overwhelmingly powerful, but prob fine for occasional use. I bought this with the “accessory kit.” Don’t make the same mistake. Low quality, no hex, and the bit drivers - am I allowed to use the word “suck”? Failed to drive 3” deck screws. Cammed out every time. It was not the screws that got bunged. It was the driver. Buy the drill, if you just need a cordless drive now and then for this and that. Skip the accessory bundle no matter what.READ MORE
Drill is great, case is not.
I like the drill itself but am not too happy about the case. The drill is nice and lightweight with decent amount of power. It works great for all the household stuff I threw at it.The case however is not so great. The inside is hollow so whenever you put the drill inside, it’ll move around. I left the cardboard insert (came with the case) to somewhat hold the drill in place. The accessories were held in place with a big plastic insert. Unfortunately, the plastic insert held the pieces too tight. It’s a pain to remove a piece here and there when you have to struggle to get it out of the plastic insert. I removed the plastic insert and now the accessories kinda move around when I carry the case.READ MORE
Light duty only-Great for the wife!
I bought the Black & Decker BDC120VA 20-Volt MAX Lithium-Ion Drill/Drive on a Amazon 24 hr sale. The price was good until I added an additional battery, what’s a cordless drill with just one battery! That pushed the total price over a hundred dollars, I should have STOPPED right there, because I already have a Ryobi 18v 1/2inch cordless drill and a Ryobi 18v impact driver with Nicd batteries that a dying. I should have spent the $100 on two Lithium batteries for them and not had a mixture of cordless tools to buy batteries for.The Black & Decker LDX120C 20-Volt is light, but it’s a light duty drill, one speed range, no led light and the chuck doesn’t grip well. When using it with drill bits you have to really tighten it down. It seem to be lacking power.It’s a good backup drill or a good drill for the wife! If you want a good all round drill buy something better.READ MORE

For a small drill it has a lot of torque. Battery recharges in a reasonable amount of time and holds up during the workload. I would recommend this drill for anyone who wants to perform light-duty work around the house..READ MORE
Does not come with case to hold accessories.
Just received the set. The first thing to note is there is no case to hold the 100 piece accessories, accept to just toss them into the cloth drill case. Very annoying. You think they would have come up with a simple case to hold all the accessories.I would not recommend this kit.Haven’t use the drill yet so no comment on that.READ MORE
