Small but mighty

I was looking for a drill to do some small projects with around the house and this one totally fits the bill. I am very inexperienced with tools, and I have inherited a ton of drill bit however I did not have a drill to use them with. I was in the market for something lightweight but powerful enough to actually work. This drill is super easy to use. It charges with my cell phone charger which is crazy cool. It was easy to see what button to push for the drill to screw something in and what to push for the drill to pull something out again. It was also easy to get different bits in and out.So far I’ve used the drill to install a clothesline, I drilled into our shed and a tree for that and was able to drill into both types of material without any problem at all. And I also used the drill to hang some random stuff off walls. Its powerful enough that I haven’t had any trouble getting things done, but not so powerful that I have to be afraid I might cause major damage to myself or others. This drill seems perfect for all those little projects that come up around the house.

Great drill..

I am very pleased with this drill.. I wanted a smaller drill for smaller jobs. I have a full size Black and Decked cordless drill but it is often too big and powerful for the smaller jobs.. This drill is well made, surprisingly powerful and comfortable to holdand well balanced. I am tempted to buy s second drill as a back up in case B & D stops offering this drill. I have had two small B&D drills in the past and they lasted for years before the batteries pooped out. This one is even stronger and smaller than the past two drills. Love it..

Good things do come in small packages.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I only needed a cordless drill for small projects around the house. Did not want to pay for a heavy duty drill that would not be used all that often. This little drill is perfect. Small, lightweight and yet very powerful. Charges quickly from the included charger, or you can use any other 5 volt USB charger you already may have. I could not be more pleased.

I bought this for my 8 yr old son to use when I need ‘help’ around the house. It fits him quite well and is a good addition to the little tool set I bought for him. He is very excited to start working on practicing his drilling skills on the old pallets we have out back. I also bought a scrubber attachment for the drill so he can use his drill to scrub the bathroom. Not to toot my own horn, but I really am brilliant. :D

Great little drill for jobs around the house.

This little drill is great for simple jobs around the house. It’s small and lightweight, weighing only about a pound. It uses a micro USB charger, which is included, and also comes with double-ended bit, so you can use it right out of the box.It isn’t extremely powerful, but that’s to be expected. It does, however, have enough power for simple drilling and screwing tasks. The first thing I did with it was drill a hole in a solid oak table leg with a ¹⁄₈ drill bit, and it performed just fine. Keep in mind, it doesn’t have variable speed, so you need to be careful when drilling. I also used it to remove and replace molding from around a door and it performed perfectly. The 8V battery holds more than enough power to allow for everyday tasks and it charges fairly quickly.I highly recommend this little drill to anyone looking for an inexpensive, yet dependable and quality power drill for around the house. For the price, you can’t do a much better.

I like the fact it has a chuck

For the price, it’s decent. I like the fact it has a chuck, and charges from USB. It’sLacking: variable speed control. Motor uses mechanical brushes. When it goes, it will be a throwaway.It’s hard to tighten the chuck enough to prevent slippage, but it can be done.

this thing is bad as hell

this thing is bad as hell. I love this little drill for the money and the size. the fact that the battery isn’t removable is what sold me because they always drop and fall out on the big 20v I have at my work. I haven’t had any big jobs yet ive had to use it for but thus far. its a great little tool. highly recommend

Love this little drill! It has been powerful enough to handle my household needs and small enough to be comfortable in your hand. It’s great that you can charge via USB too.

Great buy for smaller projects

Now I will say this it is not super powerful but for my DIY projects it works great. It is small and has a rechargeable battery. definitely a great buy for smaller projects.
