I have moving studs
The only conclusion I can draw from this fine piece of shit is that the studs in my wall are moving constantly. Like fairies watching over my family from within the walls playing a game of tag with this stud finder.
Magically disappearing studs
Have to agree with the other low reviews. Put it directly on top of a stud (and I 100% know it’s there because I had to repair the framing in the wall), and nothing. It will randomly beep and light up all over the rest of the wall, but not in the one place it SHOULD beep and/or light up. Worse than useless.
Just give me your $ if you wanna throw it away on this thing
Couldnt get this thing to work at all. Complete waste of $$ it had me making holes where there was nothing. Tried recalibrating it countless times but to no avail. The app i downloaded on my phone that uses my phones magnet to find metal worked better than this did! Wish I sent it back when I had the chance.

Garbage, Doesn’t tell you anything, is there a stud, isn’t there a stud? I have no idea when using this useless tool…. seriously, knocking on the wall with your knuckle does a better job of finding studs than this piece of junk.

This goes off at practically anything that isn’t air. I held it up to surface I knew for a fact didn’t have a stud and we’re hollow and it went off.
