Works pretty well…does not work well from the dugout to the pitchers mound but then again it does not advertise that it should. It worked great eight out if the box. Perfect for practices and between inning warm ups. Considerably cheaper here than in any of the sports stores where i have seen it…good value
Great tool
A fun useful tool. Not sure how accurate it is but it is consistent. Seems to register a little slow, but consistent. Gives you a great reference for velocity differences between different pitches. Fastball, change up…etc…A must have for any serious pitching coach. Worth the money.
Bushnell Speedster III Speed Radar Gun 101921
Easy to use and a great price compared to the JUGS Radar Gun. I was a little worried that it would not be the quality I was looking for due to the cost but it is a great Radar Gun. We have been able to set up our pitching machine to the speed the other teams are throwing including the change up and it has helped our batting improve.
works great
this works well, feels like a nice piece of equipment in your hands, not cheaply made. it works on cars at least a 1⁄4 mile away on my neighborhood street. I am measure RC airplane speed and it compares favaorbly with the GPS in some of the planes. you do need to be in a straight line with the plane if you can, I luv it.
Radar Gun
Purchased Bushnell III after I returned the Speedster II, the III is a much better tool. It worked without any hassle. The extra money is well spent to get a better quality radar gun.

Perfect every time! Product is very good quality and does what it should without having features I didn’t need or have to pay for. In my opinion, great product and would recommend to anyone who can’t afford a $500 pro model radar gun.

great for cars …..baseballs not so much
This works great for cars, but it was about 10 mph off when trying to use it on a baseball. I tried several angles, heights, behind the pitcher, behind the catcher, as the catcher… it just wasn’t accurate for pitching speed.
Used to make other cars back off by setting of radar detectors in cars and it works impressibly well.
Use it to cool the jets on those winky japaneese dress-up cars and those Suburu WRX’s Subaru markets as a performance car.

Very accurate 100% rating
Had a County Police that had speed tuning forks to test it for me and the Speedster III is right on the money.The speed was exactly what his tuning forks called for.
Worked for two years
I purchased this radar gun during the summer of 2014, one year outside the warranty. It worked for two baseball seasons.

very poor quality for a Bushnell product
Disappointing purchase. Took it out of the box installed new batteries in it turned it on and it read 44mph Aimed at a blank wall just sitting in a chair. No movement on my part.
