For the money you can’t complain.

For the money you can’t complain. The video footage is superb and the sound is good - and that’s all I wanted. The overall feel of the camera is flimsy, but handled correctly it won’t cause a problem. No frills either, just insert the micro SD card, and away you go. You can set the windshield settings within the menu option, not with a button physically on the camera. The battery doesn’t last too long either, but I use a RAV power pack and charge it on the go,I can also film at the same time - so far this solution has worked for me.Have a look at the short video to see/hear the image/sound quality.

Getting re-use to point & shooters.

For the price, this does really good for me. I’m still getting used to the point and shooting. I’m so used to manually setting my cameras that it’s challenging to work with. But it still shoots good enough for me. I’m using my dog as a model. Lol!! Good camera if you know how to focus it…idk. One thing I have an issue with is having to take the lens cover off to look through my pictures.

Okay: yes, it is occasionally a little slow to respond, and yes it does occasionally take a few seconds to focus, but the clarity, ease of use, price and compactness of the camera more than make up for the few shortcomings. I work with monkeys (not really known for their ability to sit still and pose) and managed to take some stunningly clear close-up shots from a viewing deck about 20m away. This camera is excellent, better than some DSLRs for a fraction of the cost. If you’re wanting to up your photography game from a point-and-shoot but a DSLR isn’t in your price range, this is a great camera to go with.

A light weight, very user friendly camera that produces great pictures and video. My only minor dislike is that the video button is too close to the button take pictures. Until I get use to that, I am going to have a lot of videos that I have to keep deleting.

Seems like a bargain to me. The zoom is awesome, it’s neat and light compared to a bulky dslr. Lots of different settings, can set manual exposure etc.
