After struggling with the non-working Wi-Fi for my Canon SX720HS, this was the perfect fix. It should have come with the camera.

A must-have item!

I love my Canon power shot, but cannot for the life of me figure out why Canon did not include this cable to allow me to transfer photos to my computer. This cable is just what you will need to save hours of aggravation trying to do it via the router in your home. Trust me if you’re over 35, this is a must. Thank you for making this product at a very reasonable cost.

It works for transferring pictures from the camera to the computer, but is no different than just putting the SD card into the computer slot. So unless you don’t have an SD card or your computer has no SD slot (which would be old models), it’s unnecessary.
