Must-Have!!

My dog has black nails and I cut them myself. It is really hard to see where the quick is and I’m always afraid to snip too close.Just a couple weeks ago, I snipped too close and my dog’s nail was bleeding (Poor puppy :(!) I felt so terrible and immediately dunked her nail in the styptic powder and the bleeding stopped immediately! What a relief.This is a must-have if you groom your own dogs!

Works great! I’ve always been warned about cutting a dog’s claw too short will make it bleed, which is why I never personally did it. I finally got brave enough to take on the task myself, but not without this product close by! I’ve cut my lab’s claws successfully a few times now, but it finally happened. Last claw I cut, I instantly noticed a blood drop on the floor. In a rush, I opened the container and went to dip his claw into the container, but to no avail. His paws are too large! I grabbed a pinch of the powder and shove it onto the claw and voila! No more blood! I’m 100% glad that I bought this product when I bought the clippers. And I would recommend that everyone who clips their own pets’ nails, to have this nearby just in case!

You need this if you clip your pets nails. Especially if they have dark nails and you cannot see the quick.

This stuff works great. Had a bad nail clipping incident and my dog bled on and off for a day. The next time I used this on a wound and it stopped the bleeding instantly and even worked on my fathers arm when he got cut. Pretty good stuff, the would turns black from the reaction of the styptic with the blood but that is not a biggie as it does what it is supposed to. Stops the bleeding and cuts down on the chance of infection.

It Works.

It works. and there is enough to last me forever. I have to trim my dog’s nails because he goes into shock if I have it done so I do it. Gotta have this stuff in case you trim them too close. Just great.

Works great for our pup!

Every darn time we cut our dog’s nails we cut the quick as it has grown so long at this point. All though we are careful there is always a little blood on one nail. We bought this powder to help stop the bleeding and ease the pain on our poor guy. This works great!

When you have dogs and cut their nails you better have this stuff on hand. Sooner or later we all cut a little too far and our fur babbies bleed. This stuff works great and stops the bleediing and disenfects at the same time.

Must have for animal first aid kit.

I bought this for my dogs and goats in case I nicked them trimming nails and hooves. That hasn’t happened yet, but it did come in handy on a chicken with an injured toe.
