I just received this case in the mail and couldn’t be happier. I immediately put my Garmin DriveSmart 50 LMT inside with the charging wire in the pocket.Perfect fit. I spent a lot of time looking for the right case because I will need to use this for travel where I will have a rental car so I wanted to find one that would hold the suction cup mount. People asked that specific question about most of the cases I looked at. The answer was always no. And some people said no for this one as well. But, a couple of people said yes, if you put it in the right way. And right they are! If you set it in on the side you can close the top, and zip it closed, no problem. You may have to move the top of the case around a little to do that, but it works. I’ve attached pictures that show how to do it. I also agree with he person who said the case is semi-hard, but unless you plan on throwing it around, or putting heavy objects on top of it, it is sturdy enough.
Compact, yet holds a surprising amount
I researched this for quite a while, because I wanted a case large enough to hold my Garmin nuvi 265W, + charger & suction mount, but small enough to fit in my (large-ish) purse - this does both AND has a nice carry strap! If I don’t put in the mount, I can throw in some additional charging cords (such as for my phone) instead.I would describe the case as firm rather than hard (I think of “hard case” as the inflexibly stiff/rigid hard plastic or metal), since it has some flex/give to it - I don’t see that as a negative, since it allows adding the mount if you place it just right (see pictures other customers have submitted). But it is certainly firm/tough enough to protect it in ordinary usage. The interior flap that protects the GPS is large enough to cover the entire GPS, so no worries about the screen being scratched.Color is slightly different (more muted, which I prefer) than pictured.Seems well-constructed. Very pleased.

I thought it was going to be a cheap case,but to my surprise it was the best l have seen. I took a chance buying it and im glad l did,it as two zippers and they are not the cheap kind,has plenty of padding on inside,l was very impressed.
Totally recommend this case for INSTAX SHARE PRINTER
This case is perfect for my INSTAX SHARE printer and two extra cartidges. Exactly what I was looking for. The only thing is, it really is semi-hard case because it’s still slightly flexible but will still protect your contents. Now if you decide to jimp on it, well…. you mught have a problem. Haha but all in all, it will definitely protect my contents. There aren’t too many INSTAX SHARE cases out there that look decent and provide the protection I need it to have when I travel with it. My pictures actually make it look darker but… the color pictured on site it true to its color. Love it. The little wrist strap is more like a little ribbon, but I could care less about it. That’s why there’s a loop…replace the strap with a different one if it bothers you. Plus, for $13??? It’s perfect for what I need it for. Thanks for a quick delivery and great product with great price.
Perfect for the job
Perfect for my needs- containing and protecting my new TomTom 5-inch GPS unit. Reasonable price. Holds everything and keeps it neat so I can stow it in my glovebox or grab it to bring indoors for an update, etc.
Very pleased with this case
My 5” Garmin fits perfectly in this case along with the cad charging cord. The case provides excellent protection since it is a hard case. The strap and flap inside keep the GPS secure and protect it from the cord in the adjacent mesh pocket. cannot beat it for the price. Very pleased.
Great GPS carrying case
I find the case to be perfect for my Garmin nuvi 2589LMT and at a good price. Like the pocket for carrying the charging and USB cords plus the GPS is protected from the cords by a large stiff flap which separates the two halves of the case. The case is constructed of a fabric coated shell of stiff cardboard or plastic which would not stand up to a lot of abuse but is better than carrying it in your pocket. There’s not enough room for the dash mount inside the case so I keep everything together by hitching the carrying strap around the stem of the mount.
Roomy and protective
I will begin with a small difference in the description. First I would call this a semi-hard shell rather than a hard shell case. This means it offers proper protection but the case itself is somewhat flexible. Again I am splitting hairs but the description indicates a handle (which I would not expect) and it simply is referring to the detachable carry strap.This does not detract from what the case is as I found it to be exactly what I needed. I would have liked to see the inside of the case before I purchased the item so I am including a picture of the inside for those considering the case in the future. The case arrived well-packaged and on time. I can’t verify for just how durable this case will be in the future but I can verify that it is a nice sturdy looking case.I like the large zipper. Inside you will find that the case is lined with a soft material that I wouldn’t call plush but it is definitely a nice lining. The mesh pouch sewn into the top of the case is bordered by an elastic edging so that it is easy to spread the pouch open to insert your cord or other accessories. There is a flap/divider that is sewn into the case (not removable) that will aid in protecting your GPS unit. On top of the divider there is a 3⁄4 inch elastic band that keeps the divider in place as well as holds the GPS unit in even if the case is accidentally opened upside down.For reference, when my 5-inch Garvin Nuvi is placed in the case, there is about 1⁄4 of an inch of space in length and approximately 1⁄2 inch of space relative to the width of the case. So it’s basically a perfect fit for my unit. I don’t ever keep my unit in my car and this will be great to transport back and forth from home to car as well as take on my travels.
