I have bought many items made by Channel Master and all of them are excellent in quality.I needed the mounting bracket to mount an antenna mast for our Davis Weather Station on our garage roof. Since I had to drill into the stucco, the screws provided were too long, and loose in the stucco since I could not find any wood behind the stucco.I got a shorter screw with a plastic insert to put into the stucco hole that I drilled, and it made for a better and more secure mounting of the two brackets into the stucco wall.With the antenna mast that I bought via Amazon, and the two brackets I now have a solid and secure mount for my weather station that is 25 feet above ground level for an unobstructed view to measure wind speed and other measurements.You will not be disappointed with the Channel Master brackets, and the price was cheaper than at my local hardware stores. The package on Amazon says it is from ACE Hardware, but it is a Channel Master product.

Some details

These are decent. Not intended for a 30 foot pole but good for a light to medium weight antenna. The included screws provided to attach the mounts are not adequate. Also, the mounting holes for attaching the bracket to the building are on 6.5” centers. Just about all wall studs are on 16” centers so I would recommend stopping by the local hardware store for some toggle bolts for hollow walls and lag bolts for studs. Good mount and I would recommend it.

Good product

I live in a high wind area and this mount kit has kept my antenna in place. It won’t even let the antenna turn which is a problem I’ve had with others. Well worth the money.We recently had some high winds, like 100 mph gusts that took out trees. My antenna turned away from the wind and stayed put with no damage. This mount did a great job keeping my antenna up and safe.

Good mount and not horribly expensive. Get a set of these and a set of Winegards too.

Work very well. The Wineguards are a lot cheaper however and stand off the building an extra inch which is very helpful. Best to get one set of these and one set of the winegards and use wineguard on bottom and this on the top and your antenna will be straight. My room has trim that makes it stand off further near the peak.

These are the ones to buy.

I originally bought the RCA brand mounts from Lowes. After a closer inspection upon removing them from the package, did not trust the RCA mounts to hold up well. These are heavier duty and cost less as well. I also like that the nuts tighten from the front as opposed to the rear on the RCA, making them easier (at least for me), to work with when up high on a ladder.

I put these in use, holding a ten foot mast that has a fairly heavy 73 foot Windom wire ham antenna attached. They are doing the mob must great. I will buy these again.

ok, these are good but not heavy duty. If you are using one piece of antenna masting this will work fine.
