Not Easy, but Doable
I purchased this product to replace a failing iPhone 6 screen which was displaying fuzzy lines and almost completely stopped responding to all touch commands. My gf and I watched several guides on YouTube, namely one by JerryRigEverything and Repairs Universe and thought we were confident enough to go ahead with the repair. We had to watch both of them side by side over and over again as we were doing the repair since each guide quickly summarizes the crucial reassembly steps without going into too much detail.Important pointer using this kit: Make sure you remove the plastic brackets holding your front facing camera and ear piece connectors from your old screen since the kit does not come with it! Another crucial tool missing in this kit is a micro tweezer. Regular tweezers are terrible at picking up the screws and lining them up. The provided philips screw driver seems to strip the screws more then actually screw them in, so I recommend having a replacement for that as well. Lastly make sure you order some spare screws just to replace the ones you stripped or lost.The repair took us closer to 5 hours since we had some issues removing a few stripped screws, and just being confident on making sure we didn’t miss any steps on reassembly. If I were to do it again, I might be able to cut that time down in half or just buy the $40 kit that has everything. I recommend doing this with help on the first try, and set aside at least half a day for it. If money is not an issue, save yourself the time and grief and go to a repair shop with warranty. At the end of the day we got we wanted, which was a working phone looking almost brand new for a little over $20.

Works great!! So excited that this kit is so affordable! I followed a YouTube video on replacing my screen and this replacement is GREAT. I read a lot of the reviews and people were complaining about the “quality” or the screen color? 1. It was $20 for the replacement screen (AND a kit), so Obviously it’s to be slightly different because it’s not from Apple.2. I don’t notice any color difference at all. I can tell. SLIGHT difference from the apprearance of my Apple screen, but I think if I hadn’t read any of those reviews, I probably wouldn’t have noticed it at all.Everything works perfectly, touch, home screen, everything.GREAT BUY, if you need a replacement, don’t think twice, just get it!
Perfect replacement screen!
I replaced my cracked iPhone 6s screen with this product about a month ago and it works perfectly. No spots in the screen or any of the other issues mentioned in the other reviews. This screen is as good as the original! I highly recommend it!
I wouldn’t recommend
First I ordered this product with my free two day shipping and it got here late, but that I understood sometimes delays happen. Then I fix the screen and iv’e done it before on friends phones with different screens so its not my first rodeo. So I replaced it and i go to the to my cell service store to get a sim again, but when i arrive the screen was half black it broke in my pocket on the way to the store. I would not recommend this product since it can’t even last longer than 7 minutes in your pocket.

This is exactly what you need to fix your broken screen for the iPhone 6. The tools are perfect. I don’t understand why this product received a mediocre rating. When you read through the ratings you mostly find people giving 1 or 2 stars because it is painful to replace the screen. Well, watch the youtube videos first if you are up to the task. Great Product, for cheap!
Where do i start? This product is great, honestly. i’ve bought it twice now and both times i’m left in awe about how good these screens are. The tools are a tiny bit on the cheaper but still do theirjob PERFECTLY!! I HIGHLY recommend this screen as it does exactly as it’s advertised and is easy enough to replace at home!

Wife loves dropping her phone. Looks and works perfectly fine. Installation is not easy, but that’s why you’d spend $150+ at a store to get it done. If you take the time to read the negative reviews, you’ll see that many issues are due to poor installs. You pay for what you get, so don’t expect Snap-on tools with your screen, they’ll get the job done. At it’s current price, this is a steal. I’d recommend this product to anyone with half a brain. For those without, pay someone to do it.

DONT BOTHER BUYING
Purchased 3 months ago, and no longerworks, my screen is completly yellow. A screen should last more than 3 months. Do not buy.
