Peels cutter: Peeling the skin of fruit & vegetable like Apple, pear or carrots, potatoes. The set also comes with a handle guard for safety, you can slice until the very last piece without worrying about cutting your hands. Note: 1. Be careful of the sharp blades. Keep this tool away from your children & avoid injured. 2. When the vegetable is small or becomes smaller (lower than 2.5 inches), please use the safety hand-guard. 3. The container dimension is 26.4 x 11.4 x 9 cm, it can storage a small amount of food, mainly preventing for blades. If you need to service more ingredients, you should get another additional container. 4. The lid of storage container is with a glue label. If you do not like this design, you can soak the lid in warm water for 10-15 minutes, then you can easily tear the label off. When we finish all grater, we should clean our blades with water and place them in the container, it will be used well longer. We can use the peeling knife remove the peel of fruit or vegetable easily. Straight knife can slice for cut potatoes, onions, peppers, tomatoes. Flower holes knife can cut ginger, garlic and so on. I love slicer mandolin but after I almost lost my finger I throw my old one and bought this one because it’s safety ,it has a big handle ( good grasp)that you can push the vegetables/fruit when it gets smaller. It’s is excellent quality, it’s very easy to change the knifes , you slice straight to the container, the container is not slippery. It is really a great product. My fingers safe now.Highly recommend

This set is amazing! It’s big enough so that I’ll never cut myself. I’ve a set which is all in one design. It’s convenient but as it’s too small sometimes I got cut. This one is just perfect. And the container makes them easy to organize. The color is vivid. I love this one.

nice grater. Now I can put carrots in a dough without my son spotting them or pick them out. I have a similar one before but w/o the container underneath. I have to put a bowl beneath and hold it so it doesn’t tilt. it’s easier to use the new one, yay
