I purchased this to use with craft projects choosing it over similarly priced kits because it is made of stainless steel. It arrived with the picks sticking out of the storage case so I managed to draw blood taking it out of the mailing box (minus 1⁄2 star). Still, I think I got my money’s worth. I will edit this review if my positive impression proves hasty.
A must have for clean n healthy teeth!!
I’m not much of a dental hygiene expert,but having a Dentist and a Dental Assistant in my family helped in reviewing these tools that I was provided at low cost to test and review!!According to the experts of the family,quality of material is the closest you can get to the big name products that are being used in your Dentist’s office today.Tools came packed in an elegant carrying case for easy travel and storing after cleaning(make sure they dry well before storing)Some of these tools are great to clean hard to reach areas between the teeth if you don’t want to deal with the mess created by flossing your teeth.Not sure about the mirror and self use! you might need the assistance of another person or mirror to get to see your own teeth,however they are very handy to check on your kids or even pets’s teeth as they can be used for pets if they ever let you get in their mouths :)The only concern the experts have, is rusting and that you really cant tell right away,I will try to update you later of any signs of rusting. So far this product seems to live up to the seller’s claims. Seems to be a good buy. Really only wanted the scraper, but the whole kit only cost a little more. Case seems to be fairly well made.

Disappointed
The instruments have an VERY strong and overpowering raw metallic taste. These are not made to go in anyone’s mouth. Makes my mouth tingle just writing about it.

Well made, so inexpensive, I don’t know why everyone doesn’t have one of these kits right by their toothbrushes. Just be careful and you’ll be fine.

These tools appear to be what my dentist uses for initial steps of a cleaning…and I like to be able to see the inside of my teeth and scrape for a cleaner feel.
