Nice Set of Tools, Great Customer Service

I’m no expert in dental tools. In fact, when I got these, only the use of the mirror and tweezers was obvious to me. Thankfully, the seller provided follow-up customer service, first with an email with instructions on using the “scaler,” and second with a open invitation to address any questions or concerns on my part. I requested additional information, and promptly received a follow-up email, with a video link, and image files that explained each of the tools.As for the tools themselves, they feel nicely balanced, solid, and with knurled grips in the right places to allow for full control of each tool.

I bought this kit for my dog because the tartar was building up. My dog is fine with me handling her teeth however this is not for everyone. It did a great job cleaning my dogs teeth and it did everything I needed to. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be using this kid again when it is time to clean her teeth.
