Imports pictures but not videos - gives me the message “Device not supported by your iPhone” on 6plus. Update it worked one time only photos only, now it doesn’t work at all on iPhone or iPad.

Paper weight

My iPhone 6 and 7 both “won’t support this attachment ” makes a great paper weight though..
