Product Description
This Dixon Valve TTC50 PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) sealant tape is 1296” long, 1⁄2” wide, and 3.5 mil thick. The white color tape has an operating temperature range of -212 to +500 degrees F and is suitable for use in wrapping threads to create air and water tight pipe connections (not including gas pipe), such as in water piping or air supply fittings.
Dixon Valve & Coupling Company manufactures pipe and hose fittings and accessories. The company, founded in 1916, is headquartered in Chestertown, MD.

Used for ear stretching,
I know this may be a more unconventional use, but this tape is EXCELLENT for ear stretching. It’s nice and waterproof and easy to clean and layer, even if the new layers are over tape that you’ve already used for a while. Sized up from 2g to 0g and then to 00g using this tape.

It’s plumbers tape, not much can go wrong with it. It works as expected and I have no leaks on my new shower.

Silky, smooth tape made new shower head install easy
I bought this sealant tape so I could install a new shower head. You only cut off the amount you need from the spool. This tape is so silky/smooth once it’s wrapped around the pipe. With this tape, it was so easy to screw on the new shower head and secure it correctly with no leaks.

Really long role! Worth every penny
This roll is really long! And seems very high quality. I don’t know what I expected when I ordered it, but I’m pleasantly surprised at how much product there is on the roll.
