Extremely unhappy

Well, they gave me an option to give them feedback before posting I review… I did… I gave them a hance to make it right. not even a return email to apologize. I’m sorry to say that I am not happy with the locking carabiners I purchased. A few of them have broken already. I used two of them to hang a 40oz hydro flask from my backpack, and both broke. When the second one broke, my hydroflask fell in between two boulders in Joshua tree, unfortunately I couldn’t reach it when I tried retrieving it. Huge bummer, it was my favorite, and was also expensive. The third carabiner was broken right out of the bag, the lock didn’t lock at all. Anyway, very unhappy with my purchase. They seem cheaply made, I will probably not purchase these again. Customer service sucks. I only even give one start because it says I have to leave a star rating. If it were up to me. Zero stars.

I like the lock and are a great addition to my backpacking adventures for clipping on my gear and fording creeks. These are not built for climbing and you absolutely should not use it for climbing.

I work for a car rental company and we needed a way to keep the car keys organized based on vehicle class/type. So I thought to myself, how could we achieve this in the most efficient way?MULTICOLORED CARABINERS!Small compact car? Boom! Red carabiner. Large SUV? Boom! Black carabiner. They keep all the keys neat, organized and secure. Maybe even too secure. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve rented a car and accidentally given the customer the keys to their car plus seven others like it. Whoops! They should be back any day now.In conclusion, you can definitely climb a mountain without dying and be stylish while doing it.

They are not bad for the price

They are not bad for the price. But the locking sleeve doesn’t actually lock in place… these are fairly cheap units. (I just use it for my dog tie out.) She’s bent two of them.
