A very nice FM transmitter at an affordable price, with an extra USB connection.

Please note that I was provided this item in exchange for a product review.About you: You have an older car that only has stereo with an FM/AM tuner and you want to stream audio from your phone/mp3 player using an auxiliary cable, and you don’t need anything too fancy.These FM transmitters are pretty simple. You connect the auxiliary cable to your phone/mp3 player/whatever, set the outbound FM frequency on the device, then tune your radio to said frequency.and voila, you have music.As you’ll see in my video if you turn the volume up you will get some considerable static but only when audio isn’t playing. If audio is playing it will go largely unnoticed.The audio quality was pretty superb, and in line with other FM transmitters that I have tested.It’s pretty nice that you also get a spare USB connection if you want to charge other devices.At the time of this review this is listed for $11.99 with prime shipping - and it’s $1 cheaper than the next one up that I can find (which happens to also be one I’ve reviewed)….and it functions exactly the same, with the addition of the USB port. That being said….5-stars easily. If it goes up in price a few bucks, though, it’s among some better competition.

Freaking awesome

I’ve only used once so far but freaking amazing as of now. I couldn’t figure out how to get it to work after a Facebook call came through, but after unplugging it from my phone and back in, it was fine. Other than that, I love it.

Not very strong. Never have it much more than a foot away from radio but yet moving transmitter around can make a big difference in the amount of static you get (as mentioned in other reviews). Never really gets crystal clear but is okay for the price. Would have preferred to pay a little bit more for better reception.

I had to return this. Yes the sound did go through but I had a few issues. One thing was the quality. I don’t expect amazing quality since it is FM transmission but still I expected better than this. Also had an issue of it stopping transmission. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible product. The connection piece that plugs into my phone is junk… I had to hold my phone a certain way so this cord would work. You’re better off just getting a blue tooth speaker.
