WTF

Somehow as I purchased an authentic PS4 Glacier White controller… I get some off white knock off pile of crap. Seriously my purchase link, links to the authentic controller, I paid authentic controller money and some how my item arrived a month later from china and is a knock off.

KNOCKOFF - DO NOT PURCHASE

This says it comes from Sony Computer Entertainment so I figured it was legit. WRONG. I waited almost a month for this thing to arrive, later to find out it was coming from China. That automatically made me suspicious. It arrived today and I plugged it in to charge it. On actual Sony controllers the light slowly flashes yellow as it charges. This thing just changed colors and the charger cable barely fit into to the charging port. Even then I thought “no big deal” until I tried playing with it and the left trigger want even working. This thing is a knockoff. If you order a controller on here make sure it says it’s coming from Sony (JUST Sony) or buy from a local retailer of legitimate Sony merchandise. I don’t even want to return this thing because I know it will take forever to get my money back, if ever. Save your money.

Horrible. Not even a month and a half later and the battery won’t charge.

DEFECTIVE!! CHECK IF YOUR MIC WORKS ASAP!!!

I have had the control for a month and I just tried to play with friend and I found out that the mic port does not work. It works fine on my old control, but not this one. I attempted to return, but the window closed 2 days ago. So now I’m stuck with a control that I can’t use while attempting to play in a party. Very disappointed.

Manufacturer Defect

Arrived sealed in package but would not function correctly upon opening and attempting to charge it. Tried charging with usb cord on tv and laptop. Then tried charger from my phone. Controller would flash intermittently but never charge. Worked when I kept it plugged in but this is supposed to be a wireless controller. Sony needs to fix this issue I see online that many are dealing with same problem.

Icy cool but woefully fragile. Buyer beware.

UPDATE! Bought on March 22, 2016. Square key and triangle key stopped working by June 10. The device had a 30 day warranty. It was gently used, but promptly died. 50 bucks gone. I can’t believe there was no option for return, even a partial credit. It’s a very disappointing purchase now.

Won’t hold a charge

I bought this controller and it would not hold a charge. It worked for a few hours but wouldn’t recharge and ultimately stopped working. They also have no return policy. One f***ing star. Please fix this if you care

Faulty Analog sticks

This controller doesn’t even work correctly. Randomly the analog sticks will a delay their movement and then overcompensating to the point of losing control in game. When this happens I have to switch controls and not use this one for a while, but it happens frequently.

I bought this coco white controller and some coco white thumbstick covers so that I wouldn’t mix it up with my friends’ controllers. It works and functions like it should.

Skip this, and grab yourself the newest model controllers.

Buttons stuffed (R2 button) up after just over a year so i missed out on warranty, really disappointed in this. Stick to the newest PS model controller and stay away from these.

Same charging issues as every other model
