hard to control

Easy to use

Worked like a treat. If you have good penmanship and use light pressure, this is the tool for you. (So far I’ve used it on both metal and glass.)

I love this tool

I love this tool. It’s very easy to use with a “steady” hand and has worked great at labeling both plastic and metal items (particularly for summer camp).

Good for the price

Good for the price, but the quality of mark isn’t the best. Low power for the level of mark making I wanted.

Does the job!

Works about as expected. Great for initialing tools and things, but pretty basic and limited tool.

Not for me

Nothing mechanically wrong with item but I got this to etch on styrene for drypoint printmaking. I was unable to control the tool enough to do any clean etching. I returned the item.

Works well for my needs

Works very well for wood working, you just have to use a light touch. Excellent buy

It works but very low power or torque but for the money it will do what I needed.

Great tool for engraving

Love this tool. Works for engraving on virtually any surface. We bought to engrave beach stones in memory of a family member to leave in places we travel to.

Awesome little device

This little device was soo good and practical that I just order it again as a gift for friends that need to engrave their surgical tools for our anatomy labs at Vet school :-)

Fun, easy tool gets the job done

Love this little tool and it’s what I expected! Even my kids are able to use it (pic is my 8 yr old making a flower… after trying it for 5 minutes)!

Excellent hand tool engraver!

Love it. It’s lighter and so easier on my hands. I have never engraved before but this makes me look like a pro. I got this to sign my stained glass art pieces with.
