This projector won’t disappoint !

This projector was purchased to replace an Epson EX50, 2200 Lumen, projector we acquired in 2008. The rebuilt EX5240 was less expensive than a new model, is a 1000 lumens brighter (plus the decreased output from our aging bulbs, and the EX5240 also has an hdmi port, supporting newer laptops. We used this as a primary projector at a conference and were very please. It’s only drawback is it’s lower resolution than newed projectors. all in all I highly recommend this unit

Best projector I have ever had in terms of colors

AH-MAZING product. Best projector I have ever had in terms of colors, crispness, and ability to adjust the image. The ONLY FLAW is that the speakers are crap, so you need to have audio cords to connect alternative speakers.

Love this projector

Love this projector. I plugged it in, connected it to my computer and it worked! A first for me with electronics of any kind. We used it at an event in a hotel meeting room and the image was exceptional. We also loved the angle lens that allowed us to position the projector in a more convenient spot and still have a perfect image. I strongly recommend this projector over the many others I’ve used. No AV help from the hotel needed which is another first for us.

It’s easy to use and an effective business tool

I’ve been using it weekly for business meetings plus the occasional home movie with the kids. It’s easy to use and an effective business tool. The unit provides the ability to shut off the lamp instantly and then turn it on right away (with the use of a slide panel) without having to wait for the lamp to power up or cool down. That is a really nice feature that has not been available on other projectors I have used. It has great tools also that allow you to easilly adjust your image when the projection is off-center. Overall… great projection unit

I’ve been using this projector for a week now and i have to say i’m satisfied with this purchase. Currently I’ve been using it mostly for power point presentations and to watch a video every now and then.With regards to the projection quality, the images/videos are displayed crisp and clear in 4x3 aspect ratio. It’s bright and easily visible in a well lit room. The speaker output quality of the projector is also quite decent and loud enough for a small classroom, however, I’m not too happy that it does not have any means of connecting an external speaker to it.The setup is easy and straight forward and i would say plug and play except when using the USB cable, in which case the drivers had to be installed first.I purchased this product from seller ‘Copy That!’, delivery was super fast. I totally recommend this projector.

Great picture… not enough zoom on picture size

Projector color is incredible! However we are using it as a ceiling mount projector and already have a mount that was used for the previous projector. The problem is the location of the mount is a little too far back and the projector image is too big for our screen. Assumed this projector would have more of a zoom adjustment but it is very minimal. It’s looking like we are going to end up having to return this projector in hopes of finding one that has more ability to zoom so we can fit the picture on our screen.

Great improvement over the Flylinktech that I returned

Great improvement over the Flylinktech that I returned. Have seen sharper projectors, but for the money it’s pretty good. Very little light fall off in economy mode, and when in economy mode it is very quiet.

The picture clarity is awesome. It works well with any HDMI input including Chromcast. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not 5 star is because this projector does not have audio output. It has only an audio RCA input. If you need to connect to external speakers you will have to connect the source of video to external speakers. If you use an HDMI input like chromcast, you probably need to buy HDMI video audio splitter (around 25$ on amazon) to stream only video through projector and audio to your speakers/sound bar. Hope this this helps.
