A Stylish Key Chain for your Tile!

When reading reviews for the Tile Finder I saw that some people had trouble adding them to their current key chain so I decided to buy this one to go with my Tile. The cable wire key ring is nice and sturdy (I couldn’t pull it apart after it was screwed together). I’ve never used this type of key ring before and I really appreciated how easy it was to open up and add keys to. Much better than the traditional rigid steel rings I’ve used in the the past.I was worried that enclosing the Tile in this pouch would diminish its volume. I’m sure it does a bit but I can still hear the Tile just fine even when it is in the pouch. My other concern was that I wouldn’t be able to operate the Tile’s ‘e’ button when it was in the pouch. Again, not a problem – just give the corner opposite the hole a firm “double squeeze” from both sides and my phone starts ringing just like it is supposed to.The pouch that holds the Tile has a nice look and feel to it and keeps my Tile from clanging with the rest of my keys and steering column. There are some minor stitching imperfections in the corners near the opening but I’m not sure if the manufacturer could avoid them at this price point. The pouch also adds about a half inch of extra height and width to your Tile in addition to making it a bit thicker so I wouldn’t recommend this if you think the Tile is too big to begin with.My biggest issue with the pouch was that the open end (where you slide the Tile in) stays open once you put your Tile in and it looked messy to me. I wish the manufacturer had figured out some way to seal this end up once your Tile was inserted. Maybe a zipper, a snap or some Velcro? Since none of those options were offered, I decided to seal the open end shut with a Krazy Glue Single-Use Tube. You can see the result in the photo I’ve included. The one on the left is unsealed and the one on the right has been Krazy Glued and looks much nicer, IMO. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to undo this with an X-ACTO blade when my Tile’s battery dies in a year but, if not, this key chain was so inexpensive so it won’t be a big deal if I have to replace it when my Tile dies.

Like these. They make the tile bigger and more bulky on a key chain so if that’s not what you are looking for, maybe not for you. I like protecting technology so I wanted these cases. For that purpose they work well. Saw reviews stating that the one side doesn’t close and that is true, it doesn’t bother me tho. I do think that it mutes/muffles the tile sound a tiny bit so keep that in mind.

the loop works well. material is nice. just wish that the side that is open to slide the tile into had some some sort of closure once you put the tile in it. I worry that should the loop undo the tile will slide right back out. Tho if the loop did come undone I will prolly lose the tile anyway, right.? Still I just don’t like the gap and it distracts from the look.

Way too big

I am a person that does not like a lot of crap on my key ring, and this product is one of them. It is just way too big for my key ring. If you think the tile is still a little big, wait until you add this. Would be perfect for luggage, thats it.

This sleeve is more for a ladies keychain

I ordered this keychain holder when I initially ordered The tile. I figured it would give it a little protection and maybe even look a little nicer on my keychain however when I received it it was much larger than I anticipated and I never used it. This sleeve is more for a ladies keychain

Nive product, good price

Great idea. Only wish it was made of a protective. Rubber, like a phone case. These are great though. I like the little wire chain. It gives you this immediate sense of security. I put a boot protective silicon on mine to keep water resistant and new looking. Great price, came quick. Now…..where is my Tile???????????

Great Tile Cover

Nice product to cover the Tile so that it does not get worn by rubbing against the keys. It does make the tile a little bigger in size but the protection is worth it. It also looks good.
