I purchased this as an extra mount to use with my Nuvi 2699 GPS on my Spyder Can Am reverse trike. I modified it to attach a RAM mount for extra stability. It’s an original Garmin product not a duplicate like some of the other reviewer’s have mentioned.
Perfect when you have no other way to mount a gps
You’ll need this if you purchase a dashboard mount if it doesn’t come with the mount itself.

Dropped my garmin and this was the part that broke. Its expensive for what it is but only part that fits.
