we may have had them on different settings but I liked her’s much better
Took it scuba diving in the Philippines. My daughter-in-law used a GoPro Hero 3 Silver. I swear her video and pictures were much clearer and sharper then mine. Of course, we may have had them on different settings but I liked her’s much better. I had trouble with mine shutting off while diving, twice. Not sure why. The waterproof housing that came with it worked well to 100 feet. I love the screen on the back. It was my last dive trip ever so I will use it above ground in the future. I did use an extra light and a red filter with my Hero 4 while diving. So did my daughter-in-law with the Hero 3 silver.I purchased the Dome GoPro red filter and hated it. The dome is for macro. it was hard to open the Dome to get to the red filter for distance shots.I’m not sorry I purchased the camera. It does get hot but I didn’t use a moisture munchie at all and it was good. Not much room for a muchie.

product is okay but customer service is HORRID
really the product isn’t too bad although my processor was totally fried from an interuppted download when I tried to call gopro and get a replacement processor the first time I was on hold for an hour and a half no answer the second time I was ON HOLD FOR 5 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES!!!! No answer either. Probably the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever delt with.

Could not be more pleased with the GoPro. I bought it so I could record the fun stuff I did while I was in Costa Rica and the videos that I captured with it are just breath taking. The quality is unmatched and it really takes me back to the moments that I lived down there. Defiantly worth the buy.

This is a great GoPro! Before this, I had the Hero LCD which was awesome as well, until the housing broke and I found out it cannot be replaced separately from the GoPro. Bought this one because it has all of the same amentities, plus some. The company selling it is very reliable, and does a great job working with their customers! 10⁄10 reccommend!
