Not so Great…

First of all I got a defective one, so I was definitely not happy about it, but overall also a disappointment when it comes to quality of image, and mostly the interface, the system that it uses is not quite intuitive, the organization in the menu doesn’t always make sense, and it is just hard to navigate through it all together, plus the battery life is terrible. Unless that was also defective in the one I received, but I doubt it. I have heard great things from the GoPro 4, but this was definitely a disappointment, I would never buy anything again from DigitalandMore, if you want something that works, get it from the manufacturer.

Buy a waterproof case before using in water

Do yourself a favor and buy a waterproof case before taking this camera to any depth in water. Mine happened to have a defective seal somewhere and began to leak in shallow water (no deeper than 4ft) and the back LCD screen got ruined. These type of leaks are common for this camera based on what I’ve read elsewhere. If I ever get a replacement I will not use it in water without a waterproof case.Other than the leaking issue I liked the camera’s picture and video quality. The memory card that it came with was a Sandisk 64GB MicroSD card which is more than sufficient for what I use the camera for.

We were VERY HAPPY when we saw the bear hunt footage

We use this for volleyball tournaments and also my husband took it on a bear hunt in Alaska. We were VERY HAPPY when we saw the bear hunt footage… it was clear and crisp… very happy with this product!

A great little camera.

A lot of fun to use once you learn how to do so. Great clarity of pictures. Just remember that it is wide angle and not a telephoto.
