It’s wonderful, especially for you laptop-in-bed users!

I have a 15” laptop that sometimes gets quite toasty, especially when sitting on cloth, and decided it was time to look for a cooler. I grabbed one of these plates after seeing all of the positive reviews on it. Two weeks in, and I’m still impressed with how well it does. It’s super quiet! It’s also lightweight, yet very sturdy, and the metal mesh does an excellent job of keeping the laptop in place and directing the air around more evenly. I love that they’ve added a USB pass-through port so I don’t have to sacrifice a port for the cooler for low-power devices like flash drives and dongles (don’t try to use the pass-through port for high-power devices like external drives; they won’t get enough power). The only downside of this cooler is that you can’t turn the LEDs off, so you will have some blue (da-ba dee da-ba) walls at night. Despite that, it does what it says on the tin, and I give it a ⁵⁄₅.

does a great job of cooling my older hp that has a bad fan in it, it no longer gets hot. This is a very quiet product, cannot hear it unless in extremely quiet setting, and then just fan sound. Love that this has a tilt feature, actually like using my laptop with this more than before. It does raise your laptop about an 1” minimum, but with the tilt feature it is very comfortable to use.

So Far, Great! Keeps laptop cool - A high quality product.

I rely heavily on reliable Laptop Cooling Pads in order to keep my laptop working without overheating. As a blogger and website designer I work sometimes 20 hr. days with a lot of graphics, and unable to function without a good cooling pad.I have tried many, and each of them have landed in the trash can. Either the fans quit working, not enough air, or just die less than a few months. Having a 17” laptop, (I love), it is also difficult to find one to fit this size. Most of them are made for the 15”, and have tried those, but too short. A big plus to have the over sized version.With a bad experience of another similar model from Amazon, I recently purchased (it worked great for one month and five days and died). Since I liked the function, the three fans, and other features, could not do without it. This time, I ordered from Havit, while waiting on getting my problems resolved with the other vendor.For those of you who want to know the difference between this model and the other vendor listed on Amazon, selling the same product. Here is the main difference I see, when viewing them side by side: .This model, does not have the two grid strips on the top of the unit (on the mesh). This is a positive. On the other model (from a different vendor), these two strips came off all the time. It was quite annoying. With this model these strips are not here, so no worries. The other difference: The fans light up in blue, other other one does not. If you have a preference.Time will tell. For now, am satisfied, it works great, and the fans keep my laptop cool. I really like the way it is made with the sturdy mesh construction and the feet elevators to raise the platform, are very durable and sturdy. I use it on my lap for hours with no issues.As with the other vendor, will keep my review updated, to see if this one lasts longer than the other one I purchased on Amazon. For now, 5 Stars. Should the performance change, will change my review accordingly. Highly Recommend.

Works as explained!

Works just as stated! Not too loud or noisy for it to be annoying or anything. Cleans out and keeps my laptop and fans cool so it doesn’t get as dusty in there as it use to be. Still need to use canned air just to be safe. Also a note that if you’re laptop is shut off and not plugged in to charge and this cooler is still plugged in and on, it will continue to work because it will just drain whatever your laptop battery has left so I recommend turning it off right when you shut down your laptop or else you will forget! ): Overall great product and will purchase again if something happens to this one!

Within the past year I noticed that my 5 year old 15 inch Dell XPS laptop was producing an excessive amount of heat, especially after I needed to install a new motherboard. The diagnostic and utility software that I used to monitor and clean up my laptop kept telling me that the CPU and graphics card temperature kept rising to over 200 degrees Fahrenheit and the internal cooling fans kept turning on never seemed to go off.
