That cable is great.. !! That is the second one I bought. I travel a lot and i use it connect my phone to the hotel tv to watch movies and netflix. Its the perfect length etc for that. You will of course need the appropriate adapter for you cell phone to do this. Below I have added the two additional items you will need to connect your cell phone to the TV. If you connecting a laptop to the TV you won’t need these 2 items. Just plug one end of this cable into the TV and one end into the HDMI port on the laptop. Hooking the laptop to the TV is great for putting a powerpoint presentation on the big screen that is normally in the hotel room. This length 15ft is perfect for a hotel room or just about anywhere else for that matter. Not too long, not too short. Also, it is pretty flexible but not flimsy, it’s perfect in that regard also. Outstanding quality! This cable replaced a DVI cable with fully functional HDMI capability. My video is now crystal clear and the colors vibrant and true with no artifacts. Although the cable, as pictured, looks as though it might be stiff, it is amazingly supple and compliant. I’m so impressed with this excellent product that I am ordering another one so that I can have both my desktop and laptop computers attached to my 1080P Panasonic plasma TV. And when I can afford a 4K OLED TV, they will work with that too. Did I mention that the audio now comes over the HDMI?BTW, and although this has nothing to do with this cable, be sure to turn off your TV’s OVERSCAN feature. Do this on ALL inputs and, if it is a ‘smart’ TV, do it to the phantom input that is assigned to it’s W/LAN, as well. You will be astounded in the improved picture you will get! Not only can you see the full computer monitor screen on your TV but, you will get much more detailed pictures and video as well. Search the WWWeb under “how to turn off overscan on my TV” or some such wording, and you will shortly become an expert. Overscan is a default feature found on virtually all digital TV’s, and is a left over, built-in “fix” for analog, CRT TV’s. It CAN be turned off, usually by simply renaming your inputs to DVI/PC, but the actual procedure may vary by manufacturer. Look it up.Okay, so why defeat overscan? Well simply, because it throws away as much as 20% of your pixels and enlarges the remainder to fill your screen. This means that your nice sharp, big screen TV is showing you a DIGITALLY ZOOMED image. Not good. And, if you are using your TV as a PC monitor, all your border detail is missing or only partially there,as well; your tool bars, your edge icons, etc. Oh yes, and that nice wallpaper that looks so good on your laptop is blurry, washed out, and missing all the good stuff that went into making an appealing, photgraphic composition.‘Nuff said. Great cable, great price.

This cable performs exactly as it says it will. I only wish I would’ve purchased one slightly shorter but 15ft is great if I ever need to move things around abit. I have this attached to Samsung 55” UHD, to Accell active adaptor Display port 1.4 to hdmi 2.0 adapter and I can achieve 60fps@ native resolution 3840X2160 and even max resolution 4096X2160 with 4:4:4 chroma subsampling set. My video card is msi r9 390. This let’s my uhd 4ktv serve as a large pc monitor for gaming without losing fps or being capped at 60 or even 30fps on bigger resolutions. I’m currently gaming at 1440p on most games with vsync on and rate is 58-60fps with no drops below 58fps. For some games that don’t absolutely need vsync to keep from tearing, I can run 3840X2160 with vsync off and get up to 120fps or same settings with 1080p and get 180+fps. I hope this helps and as always, make sure your pc and video drivers, tv firmware is up to date.

Finally UHD!!

First of all, I have a Samsung 4k TV for my PC needs and have been using a HDMI/Display port cable that i purchased in Amazon. Needless to say, a bit disappointed that my PC is only detecting my 4k TV at 1920x1080p resolution. I even purchased a GTX 1070 GPU in hopes to achieve that 2160p rez, to no avail. I then Installed this brilliant HDMI 2.0 cable and finally! My PC is now running @ 3840x2160!!! Not only that, i could even set it to 4096x2160 if i feel the need to. So relieved i am, that i ordered 2 3ft cable for the upcoming 4k game consoles. Brilliant purchase, just brilliant.

I have a TV above my fireplace. When pulling it out, the HDMI tip snapped out of the main body. Then it didn’t work.

This cable was working fine for about 6 months. After then, my television would get random write boxes and some odd colors flashing across the screen accompanied by audio…

The cable has been fine. It was exactly as described, and I have had no issues with it functioning. I was pleased to have it shipped to my home is such a prompt manner.

Worked great…at first

These worked great for the first month and a half. Then 1 cord stopped charging all together and another cord intermittently charges. I assume that cord will stop working soon.
