Exactly what I needed to store my Lipo batteries in. Fairly large so it does have the ability to store quite a few batteries, IF you are going to use this while charging a battery I would suggest taking all your other batteries out before hand just in case the unexpected does happen and the battery explodes other wise you will end up losing any other batteries that are in the case. I have 7 Traxxas Sized Lipo batteries in it, all 5000 mAH or higher and it still has room for 2-3 more.
This is my go to field bag for lipos and spare parts for my quadcopter, I fit 8x 1300mah 4s lipos, and 2x 1800mah 2s lipos in here without issue as well as spare props, zip ties, tape and a small field toolkit. TOPOD has outstanding customer service. I had a small issue with a smaller version of this bag and they were very proactive in helping me resolve the issue.
Great bag for several batteries to be stored in or for when your on the go with your toys. Well made and zipper is much better than the velcro options.
Must have if you Lipo batteries. Don’t save a few bucks and have your house burn down. Do not leave Lipo batteries unattended while you are charging. And make sure you place them in a good Lipo bag. I use these to store the Lipo batteries. I have a Lipo sleeve to charge them in.
This product {Lipo battery bag} is very well made. Holds so much more than the previous bag I bought. Going to buy another later. One more thing . So nice to have handle on top of bag when you have so much to carry going into the field.
I thought my husband would like this for charging his batteries, Thought wrong so I use it to charge my blackberry in on the kitchen counter. Don’t know if I need for a blackberry but at least it is getting used and I do feel better with it.
Just got this bag in and checked it out. Nice double stitching on all the seams seems to indicate it is well built. The fabric is fireproof fiberglass so it is not soft or plush. A few corners showed signs of being compressed and a little frayed in the shipping process. This is quite normal for fiberglass. Looking forward to added safety when charging in my house. Size wise it will hold a good number of batteries for transportation that will keep me flying for a while. Good safe charging, storage and transportation
This bag is everything the seller said it would be. I can easily store 9 of my 3S-2200 MAH Lipos. My only advice would be get two bags. One for the batteries your charging and one for storage.
I bought the double-sided bag in May and made it to August before the seams had separate so much that it is unusable. You can see in the pictures.
Requires very gentle handling to not get fiberglass pieces in hands.
I purchased this lipo bag to store my drone batteries.Highest quality and large enough to fit my phantom 3 batteries. If you are an rc player,it is a must have item for you.
Nice bag for carrying lipos.
Poor quality, but great customer service. Stitching comes apart at the top if you carry the bag with the handle.Edit:I’ve updated my rating.
Nice case. I use it to store my batteries also.
Not quite the same feeling of security of the thick bags or ammo cans but for smaller batteries it seems to work.
My bag ripped after about 6 months. I have carries 4 batteries in it but that shouldn’t cause the seam to rip at the stitching.
After purchasing several different bags by different manufacturers I will say that I’ll only buy / trust hobbytiger ones from now on.
