Important tips： 1. Please use the specified battery charger which is with Over-charge protection to charge the battery, the max voltage output is 4.25V 2. When charging the batteries, please put them in an open space and keep away from any inflammable goods such as Carpets, sofa, bed and etc. 3. Please don’t use high current USB adapter charger that higher than 2A to charge the battery. 4. When changing the battery, don’t pull hard when the battery is stuck, otherwise you may destroy the wire of battery and its inner structure, which will cause battery fire when charging! 5. If the battery swells, please discard it and don’t use again!

More fun quicker

The additional batteries are a convenient way to make sure you always have a battery full and ready to fly. Everyone recommends you wait a bit before flying again to avoid burning out the rotors, I would too.The drone came with two, so I numbered them and I use them in order to know which one is charged and which needs to be charged. They charge in around 90 minutes (light in the external charger turns off to let you know it’s done).I have not really measured flight time; for a beginner is a bit longer because I touch down more often.

Great drone and hood customer service.

This was purchased for my husband who is a novice quadcopter flyer. Once he figured it out, it was pretty easy and lots of fun. Now the words of caution. Read the WHOLE manual before attempting to fly. The directions are kind of disjointed which caused us to contact Customer Service twice via email before we really were able to fly the drone. I will say that Jesse at Cus. serv got back to us over night and was quite helpful in giving instructions and checking to see if there was anything else he could help with. We haven’t tried the camera yet, that’s next. ( waiting for a day without so much wind.) So I think this is a good drone, at a reasonable price for someone learning. We’d buy it again if need be.

These are super heavy duty.

The only thing l have left working from my DSLR that was a desaster of a quad is my expensive battery checker. Well, once charged, these recorded the same 100% load. I had never seen this top reading before.Nothing but good things buying from Holy Stone. I am impressed by how quickly they answered my questions. Thank you.

Awesome customer service

The battery’s didn’t work on my preditor hs170 but after my initial review stating as such holy stone sent me 2 hs170 preditors that had been returns between the both of them I got one to work. Awesome customer service I haven’t had better customer service by anyone else on Amazon and I buy a crap load of stuff on Amazon

Excellent quality product… I was very impressed with the performance… They were almost too big to fit in my JD509 but, they did and it has provided me with, being able to enjoy, several more minutes of pleasure… Thank You!!!

Bundle-up extra batteries and charger for your drone

Extra batteries are a necessity. I didn’t know at the time of purchase. The extra batteries and charger really add to the enjoyment of flying. You really need to package up extra batteries and a charger so you can fly your drone for awhile.
