Important tips： 1. Please use the specified battery charger which is with Over-charge protection to charge the battery, the max voltage output is 4.25V 2. When charging the batteries, please put them in an open space and keep away from any inflammable goods such as Carpets, sofa, bed and etc. 3. Please don’t use high current USB adapter charger that higher than 2A to charge the battery. 4. When changing the battery, don’t pull hard when the battery is stuck, otherwise you may destroy the wire of battery and its inner structure, which will cause battery fire when charging! 5. If the battery swells, please discard it and don’t use again!

Worked great at first !!! (See Update)
Product worked fine initially. Plugged it in the other day and the charger was not working. Tried in different usb supplies, to no avail. Then, the cable connector in the unit failed. Actually slipped out of place. And I am very careful with things, especially when I suspect they are not very solidly built. Unfortunately this appears to be the case with this particular product. However, I am going to try another. We’ll see what happens.UPDATE … I have been very surprised with the response from Holy Stone as compared with most companies on the web. Olivia from HS has been more than helpful and gracious in responding to my concerns even as far as sending me a spare parts kit for my F181 which I have, so far, been very impressed with. It appears to be built well and has held up without a mark through a few head-ons. As for the replacement charger I ordered, it has, so far, been fine and show no tendency to have the same problems the first one had. Time will tell. But for now, I will change my rating to a 5*.
Just Complete Junk!!!
The 1 star is for the charger itself. It is either a defected one or just complete JUNK. Used it twice. The second time, the port came out where you would plug the USB cord into.5/8/17 Update:Contacted Holy Stone about the problem with this charger and they sent me a new one, so I have upgraded it to 3 stars for great customer service.6/19/17 Update:Back down to 1 star. I’d give it 0 if I had the option. Good customer service is worthless if the product is crap. Finally got a chance to try the new charger that they sent me and I’m now convinced that these are COMPLETE JUNK!!!! Can’t even tell if it’s charging which it obviously doesn’t. I would stay far far away from this one!

I bought this set as I thought it was a good deal. I have purchased holystone products in the past and they were top notch. Sadly while the batteries seemed to be fine the charger would not work. So, I did return it. To my surprise holystone reached out to me and asked what happened and if they could help. I told them the deal. They said allow us a second chance and we will send another out for you to try. Of course I would not turn this down. Well I have to say this battery is PERFECT for the xk x250. This is what I use it in and its amazing. Now I wil have four batteries to run my quad with. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with holy stone. Now I’m thinking about getting another one of their quads!!!
Great for Backups
Excellent product; excellent company. They stand behind their products and will replace the product if faulty. This charger and batteries were purchased as backups. they are well made. the only recommendation to the company I would make is to include instructions for the techno-challenged on installation. Otherwise, a perfect product!
Highly recommend!
I highly recommend the extra battery pack if you buy the drone. Since the drone uses a lot of power you go through batteries quickly. With the extra battery pack I can get almost an hour of flight time.
Extra batteries is a good investment in extended fun.
Although my Holy Stone drone came with two batteries and two USB chargers, I decided to get the four additional batteries and the four-port charger. Now I can charge six batteries at a time and enjoy extended flight times!
Four Battery Charger and Replacement via Customer Service
The drone for which I ordered this set was/is awesome. The four-battery charger … the one I originally received … not so much. That’s where a good customer service experience can make all the difference; HolyStone’s sure did. I informed them about the situation and they were VERY prompt in getting me a replacement out. No hassles and immediate satisfaction (what’s not to love?). Five starts, folks!
