Please take a 5 minutes rest to let motors cool down before you change another battery to fly. c) Please dont fly the drone when the environment temperature is too low, otherwise the temperature difference will stop the motor to work.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I want to give the product and HolyStone the company my highest recommendation. First of all, the motors came perfectly on time, and after following along the YouTube video provided on the owner’s manual to replace the motors, I was back to flying in no time. HolyStone then sent me an email asking if I was satisfied with my order. I told them I was, but then mentioned on an unrelated note that I was having an issue with the camera. They replied very quickly and said they would be happy to send me a replacement camera, free of charge. Their customer service representatives could not be more polite and eager to help. Bottom line: I love my drone, and I am extremely satisfied with the customer service.

Perfect replacement motor!

I burnt one of the motors on the 181. I flew it into my garage (my fault). I was about to chalk it up as a loss but instead contacted Holy Stone and talked with a very nice lady (Andy) she sent me links on YouTube on how to replace the motor and I did it! I was kind of bummed when It wouldn’t fly right after replacing the motor so I contacted Andy and she told me how to recalibrate the drone and it worked perfectly! I’ve since bought two more Holy Stone drones and are extremely pleased. Great product and even better customer service!

Lost in space:>((

I don’t usually do this but it was a very bizarre event: We purchased an F-181 Holy Stone Quadcopter for our son for Christmas 2016. He flew it a few times in San Francisco, CA area and it seemed to respond to the controls, but he was learning the control functions. He was able to get it to hover but he was having some issues with controlling the direction and shutting down when triggered. We left the Bay Area for Klamath Falls, OR and today we went outside to fly it with a friend about 11am.The weather was cold (35 degrees) with clear blue sky’s. He set it on the ground and actuated the propellers and it took off like a shot straight up. While it was continuing to rise he tried to get it to come down, tried to kill it but it continued up up and away. Believe it or not it continued to climb until it was totally out of sight. I estimate it was over 5-700++feet in the air when I could no longer see it. It simply vanished in the sky and we have lost it - the strange thing is the controller still acted like it had contact but the drown is forever gone and so is my $120.00 Christmas gift for my son. I have emailed the company with a discription as above and I will see what happens. For what is worth, we will probably not replace it given there have been other similiar reported events with other drowns. It just bum’s me out that it didn’t last more than a few days after Christmas.

Works fine, for now

Replaced two motors after five foot drop killed them….. Works fine, for now. Time will tell. Video below is of first test flight after replacing them. Interesting side note: ALL PROP SHAFT SCREWS COME PRE STRIPED FOR YOU!!! Saw someone else mention it in reviews as well…smh…

Two Stars

motors burn up very easy, but Holy Stone was very helpful in fixing the problems. Holy Stone is committed to customer satisfaction and sent me a complete set of motors. After replacing the motors the F-181 is working very well.

Good replacement motor

I bought it for my nephew to replace the burnt out motor of his Zelicopter. It arrived quickly and packaged securely. The drone was down for over a year since it crashed and we weren’t sure if it could be fixed. He replaced the motor and it has been working well ever since.

look good

cannot rate any higher have not burned the originals motors up yet. look good

Five Stars

Exactly what I needed.

Replacement motors worked.

Worked as intended. Needed to replace a motor after one of the motors in the F181 burnt out. Definitely need to let the drone cool down between flights. Soldering required.

Perfect product

Excellent! Just as expected.

Libby from holy stone helped me get these and also pointed out where to see a video as how to change the motors out.

Five Stars

Easy to replace I like to have spare parts so I can keep flying

Five Stars

Watched video on iTunes on how to install and in 20 min was back flying.

Motors

Ok, these motors are ok because they don’t last that long if you use them a lot without letting them rest. I recommend these if you are a patient person.

Five Stars

happy with product. fast delvery. very satisfied

Holy Stone moters

Have used one of the four, it worked fine. Must have spare for the Holy Stone F181 W quad, as you will burn up a few of these before the wind takes it away for ever.
