A perfect little handy item for the Switch on the go. It’s perfect to keep my Switch charged while at the office during my down time. The built in kickstand simply doesn’t allow charging while playing and that’s a shame. It can be adjusted to 3 angles as well. Easily folds to fit in any bag or pocket.
Perfect for the Nintendo Switch. It is also compatible with New Nintendo 3DS XL and a PS Vita 1000 model. 3 in 1 stand for a great price of $12.99!
Super compact and lightweight. Feels cheap. But is definitely capable of holding your switch firm and steady. No rocking when playing with volume, power, removing game cartridges, stand locks Switch into place so it cant slide out left or right. Multitude of different viewing angles. And best of all can charge your switch
The play stand is absolutely essential for those who are looking to get the most out of the Nintendo Switch’s Tabletop mode because it allows for access to the charging port, something that the built in kickstand does not. It does exactly what it advertises it does, without blocking any essential vents or buttons. The only reason I couldn’t give it five stars was that I was under the impression the Nintendo Switch was held in place a little more securely. As it is, there is not much other than the ledge provided by the playstand that is holding it in place. I would have liked something that clasped onto the back of the Switch to hold it perfectly but at the end of the day, this is an essential accessory for any Nintendo Switch owner.
High quality and holds the switch well. It has notches on the base that holds the switch in place, rubber bumpers to avoid scratching and rubber feet so it won’t slide. Folds up to a size very comparable to the Switch itself
Great Item! It’s strong enough I can use it with my full sized iPad 4 with a case on it! I don’t have the switch yet but I’m sure it’ll work great with that too. I can easily use it with the iPad Air my sister has and my 3DS XL. It’s very compact and easily fits in my pocket but not so well in the switch case I have which is the sheikah slate case from the Breath of the Wild special edition. Great product definetely recommend great price!
After waiting quite a while, I’m glad to say that it’s finally here! Upon arrival I was happy to have finally received it, however, I wasn’t excited enough to try it out right then and there. A couple hours had passed and I found myself sitting there bored so I figured I’d check it out, and I have to say it’s actually cooler than I had expected! Typically, I like sitting back and playing my Switch when it’s connected to my TV but now I have a new appreciation for using it in tabletop mode! After playing around with the angular adjustments and resting my Switch on it, I decided to try out VOEZ while the stand was at its lowest adjustment to test its stability. I had also set the stand to its highest adjustment later to play some Super Bomberman R, and regarding both the stand works fine, however, I found it to work exceptionally well for VOEZ! In comparison to the Switch’s built-in stand, there simply isn’t any comparison. If you want experience the true glory of tabletop mode get yourself a playstand! One last thing, regarding the build quality, there isn’t much to it as it’s plastic but for what it lacks in durability it makes up for in portability with its light-weight form factor that works well especially for use with a charger.
We found this at a brick and mortar store (pretty much every one has it). One problem with the switch is you can’t charge it while using the kickstand because the usb-C port is on the bottom of the switch. This stand lets you plug in the cable and use the device on the stand. It has three angles it can be displayed at and there are little nubs that the switch goes onto on the holder part so that it doesn’t slide around on the stand. The stand is basic plastic, but for $13 its not a bad deal and actually serves a purpose (and does it well). It also folds flat to about a 1⁄2 inch thick, so it does travel well.
Haven’t had the time to use it much, but its great to have on the side for when I’m working. Can’t wait for netflix to let me work and watch movies.
Product as described. Great quality. Everything Ok.
Does what it advertises! It’s also collapsable for storage/transportation. There isn’t much to this product. What you see is what you get!
The device is flimsy and does not have a locking mechanism or much of a steady base. The switch can be easily knocked off the stand or the stand itself tipped over if you’re not…
If you’re going to be using your Switch a lot in tabletop mode, this comes in handy since you can plug a charger in while you play.ButterFox Deluxe Nintendo Switch Travel Bag Case with Storage Room for Official AC Adapter and 9 Game Card Slots - Black
Before I got my Switch, I heard about the kickstand and I wanted to get a stand. I saw this stand and I it looked so simple and so nice. Plus, it was officially licensed.
Great for charging and coop play. If you have an RDS case like I do, it will fit BUT it’s very tight, so I’m questioning whether this might damage the switch, but it seems…
Highly recommended this stand, although, it could be cheaper. Works as advertise. Has various viewing angles and can be charged using it.
This item fits nicely on the Nintendo Switch. You just slide it into place. In the package, you have flip open the stand and the holder to shows what’s in the picture.
comments powered by DisqusThis stand slightly locks the Switch into place so it doesn’t feel lose or seem like it’s gonna tip over. It also has vents in the back when some off brand ones don’t.
