I bought two of these monitors and they are great! The small con that I have read before is you really have to be directly in front of the screen to view it. But it’s a computer screen, and most of the time you are directly in front of it anyway so not an issue for me. The speakers are a little weak, but that’s to be expected from built in speakers. But if you have two of them side by side it is tolerable.
Got this for my mother. No complaints other than I was never able to have the speakers in the monitor work AND use external speakers at the same time. So I unplugged the ones in the monitor. They did not get loud enough for her 80-year-old ears to hear things.When I bought it, I didn’t even know it was going to have sound anyway!
I had an HP monitor with sound but it wouldn’t handle the new Windows 10 software graphics requirements. Definitely wanted a monitor with sound and this seemed to have good reviews. It is far less sturdy than my original flat-screen hp monitor and the speaker sound is very “tin-ny”. Haven’t had it long enough to determine if it provides good graphics but can report more later.
Good colors and quality image. I bought it to replace another model a certain shipping company apparently dropped kicked during transit. I wish the HDMI and power plugs were a bit higher up or easier to get to, but nothing worthing commenting about (even though I just did).
I purchased this monitor to replace one that I had for quite a few years. It was easy to set up and offers brilliant colors when viewing photos. It as just a matter of changing or swapping plugs from one to another.
I needed a solid computer monitor for a backup PC currently residing in my garage, but it didn’t need the resolution (1920 x 1200) of my new PC. As it turns out, 1600 x 900 was more than adequate for this backup, and it also contained built-in speakers, a real bonus. The price was more than right, and HP was certainly a brand name. This HP monitor fit the bill more than adequately, and I got what I paid for: An inexpensive but solid monitor. Recommended for anyone who doesn’t need the latest and greatest.
This is a good monitor. Not a great monitor, but good. I think for the price the monitor has good resolution. I would say this is a grade “C”. Especially for the price.
Works great , just what we needed
It works fine? However, I wish I had understood what a “Backlit” Monitor was. Look into it if your not monitor savy and your looking for a new one.
Good for the money if resolution is not a big deal for you. For my home office meets all of my needs.
A+++
Nice little monitor on the cheap.
love it

Stopped working 8 months after I bought it.
