This is a surprisingly good buy. Bought this for daily web browsing and media consumption and I must say it’s great for the price. The touch screen is responsive, the built quality is good and it has all the port’s you’ll need. Not going to be carrying it around much, but it doesn’t feel heavy so I’m guessing it would be great for a student, and 1 TB is plenty storage for its intended use. The one thing that blew me away was the speaker quality, I’m no audiophile but the sound quality was the best I’ve heard from any laptop I’ve owned and used over the years! The one small gripe I have (and this is something with all HP Laptops I’ve come across) is the sub-par touch pad. There aren’t any dedicated left and right click keys, you have to hit the touch pad just right to register a left click. This could be avoided by using the multi-finger touch pad gestures or the touch screen, so it isn’t really a huge deal breaker. If you’re looking a laptop that is priced reasonably for the specs and intend to use it for media consumption and regular daily tasks, then this is definitely worth it.
Fantastic Product, the kids love it. It is a complete family user friendly laptop. Thanks for shipping it on time and in perfect condition.
FIrst of all this laptop took about a week to come just in case anyone was wondering. Anyways the laptop was bigger than I expected and has a very clean look to it. Its very fast and the touchscreen is pretty responsive. The hinge also feels great and does not feel like cheap material. Overall the build quality and the power of this laptop is great. If you are planning to buy this for gaming it runs League of Legends at around 60 fps on high settings. I had some trouble with playing cs:go because it was a bit laggy. However, im sure this laptop will be definitely able to handle low spec games. One major problem that bothered me was the fan noise. It tended to be very loud especially when I was playing games and that caused me to get very annoyed. When you do things like browsed the web the fans did not get too loud to get annoying so overall I was happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this laptop.
This laptop fits my needs as a student perfectly. I’m not the most technologically savvy person but the touchscreen makes everything easier. Everyone is impressed with it and blown away by the price. Absolutely would recommend this model.
I was looking for a budget laptop for my MBA program, and started looking first on BestBuy to decide a brand. The ones in the stores were about $200 more, but with faster processors. I eventually decided to get this one off Amazon, at below my budget spending.Overall, this laptop is at great values. It’s fast, the stereo system has good sound system, the touch screen works wonderfully, and it’s fast. The conversion to tablet mode is very easy to use, and it’s great for reading. The features that I don’t like are the keys on the laptop, they feel somewhat sticky, as I am a very fast typer. The volume key is on the left side of the laptop, and as I move this laptop around, I usually accidentally touch the volume keys to adjust the volume without knowing. The touch pad is also somewhat sticky. But I would still recommend this laptop to college students, it’s a great buy for the price.
It starts making noise as soon as I turn it on. It sounds as if it’s a 50 year old computer with asthma and dust-clogged fans. And it has so much useless crap already installed, so if you hate bloatware, I wouldn’t recommend it. Honestly, you get what you pay for. Nice computer for a relatively cheap price. ONLY GET IT IF YOU ARE USING IT FOR LIGHT WORK LIKE BUSINESS OR SCHOOL. No gaming, no intensive photoshop work. Just plain Google Docs and/or Youtube, granted you have earphones to mask away the annoying sound.
We continue to order these for our employees. They are great machines for business!!!
Love love love! there are so many awesome apps, tools and fun stuff I am still discovering everytime I use my laptop! it folds and converts to tablet mode easily, the screen and display are crystal clear! the touch screen just glides so smoothly, everything is easily accessible. I am so happy with this purchase. money well spent!

It’s nice. The only thing I wish it had was a keyboard backlight but I couldn’t afford the one that does so it’ll do.
It’s a great Laptop for my daughter who uses it at school. It is a bit heavy but I guess it has to do with the size.
0 star if I could, x360 did an automatic update and crashed, went black screen with bios error. I had it repaired and after another auto update: crashed again.
