Soft, squishy, protective.

It’s always better to have a thin layer of protection on your Vive controllers when you’re flailing your arms about carelessly. You never know whats on the other side of those goggles. Seriously though, these work great for when you accidentally scrape the wall or ceiling and they don’t obstruct the sensors. Get the matching headset protector.

I didn’t like the way the grip would slip

I ended up cutting the grip part off of these and just let the top to help protect the heads from impact which was my primary reason for getting them anyway. I didn’t like the way the grip would slip, and that they added to the circumference of what is already a large controller made my hands hurt after a while.

These area must-have for any Vive owner. No matter how careful you are, you’re absolutely going to ding your controllers against the ceiling or wall or whatever. Rather than have these expensive controllers damaged or skuffed up, get these babies. They work perfectly.

Must have

Works great as a thin layer to protect my Vive headset when I bump it with my Vive controllers. I bought the headset cover as well. I would recommend both. You don’t even notice they are on.

Overall satisfied.

These fit the controllers perfectly and don’t interfere with the sensors. Definitely makes me feel better having these on when I accidentally hit myself in the Vive headpiece while immersed in VR!

A must have for the vive

These are a must have! Keeps your controllers from getting nicks and paint from hitting the walls :-) they are good quality and they don’t make your controllers look weird or bad they are pretty awesome!

I wouldn’t say this is a must-have for the Vive, but definitely very nice. They fit snugly onto the controllers and improve my grip.
