Everything fits.

Was able to fit everything inside. I found that if you line up the suction cup just right you can zip it up no problem. I have the 5 in screen gps. I can even put extra items in too.

This case cradles my Garmin Nuvi 2595 on one side and protects it with a separator and on the other side it holds in a netted pocket the cable, the window mount, the AC adapter, and the vent mount. It’s better than any case I gotten from any GPS manufacturer in the past.

Good strong case

Been using this case for a while now and I am very happy with the protection it offers my GPS unit. It does hold my screen the brace on the back of the screen and the charger. It does not hold the suction cup mount so I keep it elsewhere in my backpack. This case is molded to hold its shape and has kept my unit dry and protected despite the many items I throw in my backpack on top of it.

Too Small

Quality seems fine but the size barely accomodates the unit and auto power cable. The base, either bean bag or friction CANNOT fit regardless of how you try…it just won’t close with either base in the case. Because of the design, the suction cup doesn’t fit as well as is shown in the photo that’s certain. This could have and would have been a good product if the designers would have just thought about accomodating the base and made the case a bit larger. Many of us who need a case like this use it for travel and a base is necessary part of the whole system isn’t it?!?! I returned it the next day.

2/9/2016Holds my 2539 LMT with USB & car plugs just fine.Tried to store windshield suctions cup mount and had a problem, case would not close.Finally removed cradle insert for gps and mount went in BUT I had to take mount apart and it went in, but it was tight.Photo showed suction mount stored, must not have been my model.If I had known this, would have looked further.Zipper a little small and difficult to zip open and closed nearly every time so far.Will make it work.

You really can fit it all in!

This is a great case for protection of your 5” GPS. It fits both the Garmin Nuvi 55 and the Magellan 5045. It holds all the cords and plugs including the suction cup for the windshield mount. For placement of the windshield mount in the case, put the suction cup flat end between the cardboard divider and the hard side of the case. The ball of the suction cup mount will rest between the felt covered hard cardboard divider and the fishnet pocket. If necessary, put a slit in the fishnet netting so the other half of the suction cup will fit in there without resistance. The fit is snug but nothing sloshes around and everything is protected. You can zip the case shut.

i.Trek 5-Inch Hard Case for GPS (Black)I bought this to use to store my Garmin Nuvo GPS unit. This case is well made, the shell of the case is sturdy. There is a spot for the Garmin to fit snug and protected. A pouch inside to store all of the cords to keep from losing them. I am happy with the purchase of this storage case.

this hard case hdcsxl5a works great for my garmin 2555.and all cords and cleaning pads and battery charger. Iwould highly recommend it.
